I don’t know if this company is a legitimate company. I still don’t know what is going on with the transportation company. I have been scheduled to speak with 3 different people. And I still haven’t received a call. It’s been since January that I inquired about transportation. And it’s March already I don’t think it’s going to work for me. Sorry I would have liked to give a good review. Sincerely Janice W. Ps I was given a number but unfortunately it was for a transportation company in Texas. I live in the state of Michigan

I found this program while I was scrolling through my phone. I think it was IG. I signed up and yes I didn’t know what I was getting into but I saw something about assistance if you have Medicare. The advocate they sent my way is excellent. I call her Ms. Pam. She is very resourceful and helpful and pointed me in the right direction. So many wonderful things I can say about my advocate but words can’t express my gratitude. Thank you for all you do/done 😁

My experience with Kianna so far has been excellent. She's keeping in contact with me which I appreciate.

I have the best advocate, she tries so hard to help me. Im 64 disabled and living in my truck. The transmission is not working well an i am trying to put back money for rent and deposit at the same time worrying about it

They Listen to you very well.i really appreciate them helping with decisions making,Making calls,asking questions. And also,Help with Making Good decisions.when needing clarity.

I have thoroughly been pleased with my experience with Enetta, medical advocate. She has been supportive and helpful to me as I have had to navigate blindly for myself for my medical issues. I have spoken to her directly on the telephone and via text. I am awaiting a medical procedure this week and will give her the outcome results when I know them. Thank you Enetta for your help. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

When Samanta called me and properly introduced herself and where she was calling from and what she was calling about was so awesome. She was very professional. She explained everything step by step. She was so helpful and did not leave me hanging. She went out of her way to ways to help me and advise what direction I should go in. I thank God for her and would recommend her to help anyone that need help. She has perfect customer experience. She is very devoted, warm heart, and the world need more people like her on jobs. I love Samanta so much. I don't know if I spelled her name correctly and if I didn't charge it to the head and not my mine.

I really don’t feel feel that I got any help.. The service was ok. Breonna was OK. However, I didn’t get any help at all. I was referred to places and I got calls from her several times for asking for information, but I never got any help.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tina, & in my situation Tina has made me feel comfortable. She is very straight forward and definitely goes above and beyond. I would say, Tina is" 1 of a kind"!

Isabella is amazing. She is extremely attentive and focused on my needs. She listens, acknowledge, reiterates, and takes immediate action. Words cannot express how much I value and appreciate her assistance with bottlenecks that had me in a tailspin for years. Hopeless situations now corrected. Some simultaneously. With her laser focused attention to details we are eliminating them one by one. She makes me feel like family.

Understood Care came along when I had become completely hopeless over a very important situation in my life. I was assigned an advocate named Jamia. I explained my dilemma and she stepped right in with a solution and resolved my issue. Jamia is very kind sincere and professional and knowledgeable. I'm doing much better now am so very grateful
