We hired Under The Covers for a company birthday party, and everyone had a ball! Joey and all his team are amazing! If you are thinking of booking entertainment for your event, you have to book this band. They had a fantastic set list, which got everyone involved and up dancing!
We hired Under the Covers for our wedding at The Midland Hotel, and they were absolutely phenomenal. From the very first note, they brought the exact energy we were hoping for - joyful, vibrant, and completely infectious. With a smaller party of around 50 guests, it could have been tricky to get people up and dancing, but they had everyone on their feet within minutes. The vocals were stunning, the musicianship flawless, and the vibe was electric.
Joey and the band were not only brilliant performers but also fantastic comperes. They handled the flow of the evening with charm and humour, making moments like the cake cutting feel personal and genuinely funny. Our first dance included a surprise twist for our guests, and Joey worked with us ahead of time to make sure it landed perfectly - it was entertaining, memorable, and had people talking all night.
It’s rare to find a band that feels like part of the celebration rather than just entertainment. Under the Covers were that rare find. They elevated the entire evening and made it unforgettable. We honestly couldn’t have wished for anything better.

Attended a Wedding at the Village Hotel in Warrington last night, and Wow! The band absolutely smashed it. This coming from a person who usually prefers a DJ. They nailed the song choices and the dance floor was full all night. Definitely recommend!!

Naomi and Joel were brilliant in communicating with me before the big day, helping pick our song choices, and putting my mind at ease regarding the tricky Covid situation.
The band played a fantastic rendition of This Will Be (An Everlasting Love) for our first dance and got the whole marquee up on their feet dancing. I wish their performance could have lasted forever! All the guests have commented on how brilliant they were and I would recommend UTC to anyone who wants to throw a fabulous party!

These guys are the best. Apart from being brilliant musicians and able to turn their hand at seemingly anything, they are polite, punctual and professional. They liaised with the venue and made everything seem easy. The music was great. Ask them for their 80s and 90s medleys. Genius. Definitely got the party going.
A pure party band. The musicianship was incredible, they played all the hits, and on top of all that they were a dream to work with. Adam is just the nicest man. They really made the night special, and suffice it to say, I’m certain we’ll be booking them for any future events.
'Ideally' we wanted a small wedding, with attention to detail, from the food to the music. We had arranged with UTC a 3 piece band to play throughout the evening for 60 guests. I spoke with a number of their team with a number of panic changes, who seemed to constantly reassure me (and my wife) and put us at ease, with many aspects of the planning.
One thing led to another, the event gathered momentum, and we had a 250 guest wedding. We felt we were back to square one. With both the lighting and the music, UTC took the reigns, and were able to assist and execute perfectly. We had 4 sets, 6 piece band, and were happy to accommodate for special requests on the night.
I cannot recommend these guys more so, they made our evening, our vows are an after thought and I am looking forward to planning my next wedding.
Under the Covers absolutely made our wedding! I still have people telling me they loved the band... and we've been married nearly 10 years!! Since that day, we've recommended them to so many family members and friends and have truly loved seeing and hearing them perform every single time.

James Langton and the team were brilliant from start to finish - organised, friendly and professional. They asked all the right questions to ensure the day went (and sounded) as smooth as possible. Even with a 2 hour delay (no fault of theirs) they carried on and performed non-stop to make up for lost time at our end. Can't thank you enough!

Honestly, the most amazing company to deal with and the band on the night blew our minds! Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process from initial enquiry was very professional.
