Misleading "Free Trial" and instant charges.

I wish I had read the reviews sooner. This service uses extremely shady billing practices. They advertise a 'free trial' with a high word limit, but in reality, you only get 250 credits. As soon as you hit that tiny limit, they trick you into clicking 'Activate'—which instantly charges your card because they make you enter your payment details upfront.

There is no clear warning that money will be taken immediately. It’s a classic 'dark pattern' designed to steal money from unsuspecting users. When I contacted support to complain, they only offered a partial refund, keeping $4 as a 'processing fee' for a service I never intended to buy.

Do not trust their 'free' claims. They are just waiting for you to click one button so they can grab your money. Avoid at all costs

Our team has requested your information to review this, so far we have not received any response. We do not charge any 'processing fee' but we do charge for credit usage outside of the 250 free trial credits. The pop up for account activation also explains that once you activate the plan, the charge will go through regardless if your free trial is only 2 days old.

Undetectable.ai used to be a really solid tool, but after the recent changes, it’s honestly gone downhill. The output now feels random and inconsistent, and a lot of the “humanized” text it generates doesn’t even stay relevant to the original context. Instead of improving the writing, it often makes it more confusing or off-topic. It used to be reliable, but now it’s frustrating to use and doesn’t deliver the same quality it once did.

Scummy billing practices and misleading advertising

Scummy billing practices and free trials. On the free trial, it is advertised as if you get access to the full plan's features and get the tool that "Passes AI detection" with a 10,000-word limit. This is a lie. You get 250 credits on the free trial. When you try and use the advanced humanizer, you are prompted to "Activate" your free trial on the pricing page. Little did I know, the activate button actually charges you instantly. Thankfully, my bank blocked the charge.

Do NOT use this service. It's extremely scummy and seems like some sort of a scam.

Review for Ava - Customer care representative

I contacted customer care to cancel my subscription, and Ava (the customer care representative) was very quick to easy to work with. Furthermore, I was being charged for the past 3 months, and didn't notice the charge. When I requested Ava to submit a refund request, she helped me with that and I was able to get me are refund for the last month's charge.

I was really satisfied the service that I took from this company. Although I made a payment mistakenly, they accepted to pay it back. I thank a lot Dear Ava; the one who was replying to my e-mails very very quickly and produced solutions for me.

Resolution: Ava successfully cancelled your subscription and confirmed you will no longer be charged.
Additional Help: She also escalated a request to the technical team to potentially roll over your remaining words into non-expiring credits so you can use them even after cancellation.

Scam service.... Support line is non-existent. If you can't access your account and have selected re-occur billing. You will be constantly charged.
