I don't even know what button I somehow pressed on their site nor do I know how they got my payment info. Randomly charged 60$ to my account without my authorization. Support has been unhelpful at best so far and I'm currently having to file a dispute with my bank.

They STOLE 122$ out of my bank account for a subscription. I was charged twice in a span of 7 minutes for a yearly subscription (that I did not want due to that website’s inconsistency) and when I talked to them about it they claimed it was NOTHING THEY COULD DO, I do not recommend using this site for anything YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

I had accidentally left my subscription active for quite a long time. In an attempt to get my money back, I decided to reach out to customer service through email. They replied within minutes consistently, and after some discussion I had managed to get my last 3 months refunded. They have incredible customer service!

Received a charge due to a mishap on Undetectable AI's part. I was initially very concerned and quickly contacted support for a refund. The refund was issued immediately and without further questioning. I believe the agent's name was Ava and she was great.

I was charged even though my account showed no active paid subscription. I contacted support, and they were polite, helpful, and quick in escalating my refund. I appreciate how they were quick to fix the situation. I hope they improve by making subscription cancellations register more reliably so others don’t run into the same issue.

I didn't like that I was charged the full amount when the ad said it's per month. It said cancel anytime--so I thought, like with other websites, that you get charged monthly and cancel whenever you feel like it and be charged only during the months you're subscribed. It was a traumatic and stressful experience. Extremely misleading.

Pro: they are responsive to my cancelation request. Refund was granted and processed. Though I was only refunded a portion of the $67.20 which was ridiculous because I only used it for a few minutes after seeing the notification from my bank that I was charged the full amount.
