Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute freaking scam. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GET A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!!

If you try to use the free trial you get absolutely nothing anyways. It just has an activate button there which you'd think is what you need to press to get credits for the free trial but if you press it you get charged. Very malicious website.

I managed to get a partial refund, with a net loss of $20 🤪
The process of getting this refund was even more malicious. I sent them an email from the email I used to sign in for the website, asking for cancellation and refunding of the subscriptions and I was ghosted for two days. I go onto another email to ask for help with using the website and I get a response in two minutes 😂 It's actually comical how scummy this website is.

p.s. the humaniser is absolutely dog crap anyways, terrible website.

The website advertised a 3-day free trial, but when I clicked “resubscribe,” I was immediately charged for a full annual subscription with no confirmation step. The company also states that they have a no-refund policy. I contacted them to cancel the subscription and informed them that I would raise a dispute with my bank regarding the charge. Following this, they escalated the issue internally, and the matter is now currently in progress.

This company intentionally makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription.

After purchasing and testing the application for generating Greek-language texts, I found that it did not meet my expectations. I contacted the company regarding the issue, and a resolution was eventually reached.
I do not have an opinion on its performance in English; however, based on my experience, I would not recommend it for use in the Greek language.

Unfortunately, my experience with Undetectable AI has been very disappointing.
Despite canceling my subscription, the monthly subscription fee continued to be charged from my bank account for several months. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had already been in contact with customer support and was explicitly assured that the issue had been resolved and that the charged amounts would be refunded.
Instead of receiving a refund, the charges continued every month. When I reached out again, I was offered a rollover of unused credits rather than a refund, which completely misses the point. This is not about unused credits, but about unauthorized charges after cancellation.
At this point, the situation feels unprofessional and unacceptable. I am still waiting for a proper resolution and reimbursement.
I would strongly advise others to carefully monitor their subscriptions and bank statements if using this service.
