Literally praised this site for being entertaining good fun and fair on the date show but after the review it all a sudden started being awful. 90% ill drop a 20 in and instantly dissappears just eats your money wish I'd never left a positive review for unibet plus the bonuses are ridiculous 20 if you deposit and £100 the top sites dont do that just stupid

Three weeks ago, my account was suddenly suspended, and I was asked to submit identity verification documents and other requested information. I promptly complied with these requests.
It has now been three weeks, and my account remains restricted. I have approximately £1,500 in the account that I am completely unable to access or withdraw.
This situation is unacceptable. Being unable to access my own funds for such an extended period has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that you investigate this matter urgently and provide a clear timeline for when my account will be restored and my funds released.

Absolutely shocking customer service. My account has been under review for well over a week despite me providing every document requested. I have contacted customer support every day this week and all I receive are the same generic, copy-and-paste responses with no meaningful update.

I have repeatedly asked for my deposited funds to be returned to the original payment method while the review is ongoing, but this has been ignored. No one seems willing to take ownership of the issue or provide a proper explanation.

The communication has been poor, the delays are unacceptable, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Unibet and will not be using them again.

absolutely horrible app I've had my account frozen for nearly 1 week on Wednesday and I've had absolutely no explanation I've got over £2k in there and thats not really money I can just give away this is really embarrassing, live chat isn't helping at all very angry do not use. (update on my review its now been 13 days!! still nothing has happened and I haven't got my money back. Absolute disgrace and shouldn't be legal.)
