Pre order Reel Drama dolls last year, thank god only paid deposit (not full amount) , never got dolls/ refund. Now all contact details not active!

Literally stole my money. preordered a funko pop in 2024 and never heard anything about it despite following up with support and being ignored, kept my deposit money and said it was out of stock

Horrible company. No morals. I ordered dolls from them in August 2024, no dolls, no refund and now no replies from them either. I'm not surprised they went bust.

Disgusting people and shop. I spent £170 on the real drama monster high dolls. After months of waiting and their shop closing, I asked for a refund. I still haven't received it to this day. "Family owed business" who feel good to scam people in a cost of living crisis. Actually Disgusted that some people will do this. Any advice on what to do would be great. Screw you guys

Don't buy from this site, it's a SCAM. I bought two Monster High creations, and it's been over a year, and they haven't arrived and I haven't gotten my money back. Whenever I emailed them, they gave me the runaround and told me they'd send them in a couple of months. Then, when they closed the site, they told me they'd refund my money when they reopened, but they never did.

I never received my doll and now they are apparently closed down. I have no doll and no refund. Extremely disappointing and frustrating

Pre ordered a creeproduction (Draculaura) last year but it never came. Lots of people had this issue. Now for some reason the website is down??:(

Pre-ordered a Monster High which I did not receive, initially they responded promptly when contacted and informed me that there were delays but I would still receive my doll. It has been over half a year since then and it has become very clear that I was never going to receive my doll. They have ignored multiple emails from me requesting a refund. Do not risk ordering from them, especially for Monster High.

I had previously ordered 6 dolls in the past which I received perfectly fine from them. However they have never completed my latest order of 2 monster high dolls from them which i preordered back in February. I was happy to wait despite it being past the expected arrival date. But I have now seen the company has gone bust, they didn’t email anyone with pre existing orders on what will happen nor have they refunded us. They have now deleted their instagram and website with 0 contact information so I would assume I have lost money and being scammed and won’t receive my dolls. Terrible customer support

Rug pull scam.

I pre-ordered a Monster High doll through this company, it didn’t ever ship — we are now a year out since the release. I contacted their customer service and their shipping dates were continuously pushed back. They offered me a refund however when I confirmed I wanted one, I was ignored. Still don’t have my money back or the doll.

They have now closed business. Disgusting practices. Do not buy if they ever make a return.

They couldn't give me my money back, when I requested a refund, saying that, because it was more than 6 months ago, PayPal can't give me my money back, so they said they would sent me money via their private account and... nothing again. So I had to contact them about it, and then we agreed on credit store, cause they had some problem with PayPal apparently. And now I found out that the shop was shut down, with my store credits in it... It even wasn't a small amount, it was refund for 5 Creeproduction dolls 😭 I contacted the seller with this issue, but I don't think It's going to be a happy ending for me 🙃

Terrible company. As I have now read multiple ti.es over in other reviews....they take your money and then oversell products and then cancel your order saying they have done a refund but the refund is non existent. Please read all the other reviews. Do not fall into this same trap. They do it over and over. Can not be trusted.

It's a total scam, tried getting Creeproduction Draculaura, and guess what nothing months later the shipping was completely false no tracking nothing basically a scam operation, DO NOT buy from them, complete utter scumbags.

I’ve been using Unicorn & Punkboi for a number of years now. Mostly sourcing American imports for toys we can’t buy in the UK but lately the Creeproduction Monster High dolls. I preordered creeproduction draculaura, Clawdeen, Frankie and Lagoona. Followed by that we preordered Torelei and Operetta. I’ve also preordered Reel Drama Clawdeen coming out later this year. In all my dealings with Unicorn Ive found them to be swift to respond and where I have had to request refunds they have been prompt. I did not receive two of my preorders and the blame for that lays solely at the new marketing tactic of creating FOMO by some toy manufacturers. I keep returning to Unicorn & Punkboi because they are good value for bespoke items, trustworthy and their customer service I have found to be brilliant. My daughter who is the lucky recipient of these items told me about Trustpilot so I’m adding my experiences here.

Products shipped as soon as they were available, arriving quickly and in perfect condition. The staff are excellent making every transaction smooth and easy.

Preordered the fallout red rocket mega blocks but it was never dispatched. Got many emails from them that it would be shipped next week but it never has. I have asked for a refund but not received one either. At this point I'm likely to miss out on the product and not sure I will see my money back. Absolutely avoid purchasing from this company.

preordered draculaura last year for the september drop and never got her... I've tried getting a refund multiple times but no response :((( don't preorder from here

I preordered 2 monster high dolls back in October 2024, and have heard nothing since, no date, no communication, nothing and now their website is down. I emailed asking for a refund and received no reply, I've lost £70 as I can't claim back via PayPal as it's been too long.

Never shipped dolls despite them being pre-order.
Provided me with no communication about the dolls ordered after purchase, and closes the shop website making it difficult to contact them.
I really don't recommend them at all, I pre-ordered at the start of this year & have still not recieved my order.
