I made a purchase in May 2023 and to date, September 12, 2023, the only thing I have received was a message indicating that the request was canceled and the refund will be processed, I already did it 2 months ago and neither.... neither the item nor the money... this company is a scam, located in the USA, Chicago. I made a complaint to organizations and nothing, it seems that no one cares that these types of ghost companies continue to operate and scam freely on the web, even when they have a certificate of veracity before Google, something must be done with these people, I see that every time there are more and more scammed... until then for God's sake

Still awaiting response from these guys after they advised me place a cancel back order due to them not being able to provide miner

To swap a ram and hard drive a week before "production" has started,,, when production starts it can take another 3 wks phoned up Number 18 over an hr waiting this time Number 16 just to cancel I could have bought rig and upgrades and using by now ....

Placed an order in February 2023. Have not received unit or a refund. Refund process requires me to give them the "Seed Phrase" for my crypto wallet. BUYER BEWARE! Followed up on status of order with Unigrade in May (3 months after order). Response was "Your order arrived from the manufacturer (In April). Due to high demand, the time for sorting and shipping of the orders may take an additional few days. So, we will provide you tracking number as soon as possible". I have never received a tracking number. Folllowed up in August 2023, received the following response " We would also like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused to you. Your backorder(s) has been cancelled by manufacturer, to receive a refund, please fill out REFUND REQUEST form......"
Refund request requires that I supply my crypto wallet SEED PHRASE, which I will not reveal as it hands them access to my wallet. I have now emailed them two more times as well as tried to use their Chat Bot. No response form any of these efforts. Also the phones are not manned.

I put an order at august 13th, later I received an email saying the manufacturer has cancelled my backorder, but until now, did not process my refund! and no response at all for my request!!!!!!

My order was also canceled although the items can still be ordered and are in stock. I only get my money back if I enter my recovery password. Beware SCAM

Price is actually not the problem - the delivery of a non-performing PC is the issue. Customer service is non-existent, and they like to avoid being told the truth. Avoid them like the plague.

I was kept updated on progress of purchase and delivery was carried out when stated. Great service thank you

I built the ps based off one of Unigrade cyberpun ps specs. Communication every step of the way was great and delivery was handled with care. Been loving the PC since I got it all setup.

Had 3 machines from Unigrade all good no complaints

They used to be very good but it now takes hours to get through to customer support. My new PC has turned up not working and they won't swap for a working one but, instead are going to make me wait while ir's sent back and fixed. I think that's apalling service.

Very well put together, runs perfectly, no complaints.

Great pc build. Competitive pricing and customisability. Took a while to arrive but it was totally worth the wait.

Basically I got the pc and I got blue screened instantly so I'm getting my money back and getting a different pc from a company

The price is good and there were a lot of components to pick from but after that everything is very slow and unpleasant the build time took them 2 weeks longer than it should've and the shipping said 4 days even tho it's actually going to take 1,5 weeks. Also PLEASE start using any others shipping company than ups their the worst shipping company and i cant pay my VAT because of them

It's reassuring that the specification you select is verified. E.g., I initially chose a PSU with insufficient power and more fans than needed since the case I selected had integral fans. Build and delivery time felt quite long though: around 3 weeks. Also not impressed that the delivery driver felt fine about leaving a 2 grand PC on my doorstep and leaving with a knock, despite the specification to leave with a neighbour if necessary. Glad I was in.

I'm very happy with my purchase, Antminer seems to be working all fine. Only downside is that it takes a fairly long time between ordering and receiving the miner.

Be careful. Company has problems with fixing computers while on warranty. My computer is in service from April (4 months now). No communication, no fix, no computer. Guys in support very kind, but still no resolution and progress.

It toot a while getting to me but they make no secret of that before you buy. Unigrade give you the choice to add top quality components to make the PC you would be making yourself. I'd love to have seen NZXT cases like we used to but aside from that the build is top notch and I'm very happy with it. Would recommend
