Overall good support service, however I was not quite happy with the performance of the product as I had to return the first laptop as it used to restart on its own quite frequently. Unigrade did replace the laptop also has this problem and still dealing with this problem with the support team.

I wanted a gaming laptop that would play games on the highest settings, this was accomplished at a very competitive price. Manufacture and delivery was prompt and I was kept informed every step of the way. I thoroughly recommend Unigrade.

Ask went blank within 10 mins of use. Had to be returned to bas with no replacement.

These people put in the WRONG CPU cooler, a smaller weaker one and half the price, they didn't put any thermal paste on my pc and now my CPU is burned.

Looks good, and came safely, but the pc has had repeated issues since arriving. Unigrade tech support have been quick to respond but still having issues. Hopefully a third reinstall of windows will help.

Able to use the website easy, with advice on a build popping up as you go. Pc came just in around 2 weeks.

My new PC was delivered very fast, and after I had an issue with a windows update they were able to solve my issue very quickly over the phone.

Good build quality but poor customer service. Was promised the balance of thermal compound I paid extra for but this was later retracted and not sent. I asked some technical questions online which went unanswered. 6-8 working day shipping became 11 working days.

I placed an order om may 6 for Antminer s19pro 100th. Payment with crypto SINCE you are a SCAM and doesent accept credit cards.

Some days after payment you made a bunch of excuses and a couple more days after that your homepage was taken down.

This site is a scammer in my case. I put order on March 19,2023 and pay the partial pre-payment. On April 11 told me "The shipment is guaranteed to be in the period between April 24 and April 30, 2023" and ask me for full payment. I asked for shipping detail on May 4 2023. He answered "Your order arrived from the manufacturer. Due to high demand, the time for sorting and shipping of the orders may take an additional few days. So, we will provide you tracking number as soon as possible.". After that there's no response when I asked again. The website "unigrade.com" was offline since May 22 2023. Today , July 5 2023, I found the site online again. Be careful when you are going to put any order on this site.

updated after ungrade reply. You ,unigrade.com, must be kidding every one saw the review. Who cares about your change or training. How is it possible that you tried to accuse me cancelled my order? Where's my payment then? My timeline above showed that you are telling a lie. You just tried to reply to every one who told the truth about your site that you will be investigating. Ya investigate forever, I guess.

He guys helped me build a PC specific to my requirements whilst keeping my budget in mind. Very pleased!

This is my second machine from unigrade, I have found them to be both reliable and fairly priced. Good stuff

I've tested different GPU miners like MSI GeForce RTX 3080 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and planning to get EVGA GeForce RTX 3090 in a week from Unigrade again. I've noticed their miners have the best quality and available support, and this is an important part to me. The items were well packaged and arrived on time. Product as described, shipped quickly. Thank you!

Positives: So far, the laptop is great. Best laptop I have ever had. Being able to choose all the parts made my laptop shopping a lot easier than trying to find everything you want in a prebuilt one. I can finally play games with my friends and use all the software I want.
Negatives: There was a lot of stress getting the laptop. The day it should have came I got told that it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. So I was recommended a more expensive laptop. I asked questions but it took a week of emailing to get all my answers. I decided to spend a day to think about it, when suddenly a got an email saying they were prepapring to build the laptop I originally ordered. A day later I got a phone call that the laptop was still out of stock so I need to choose another one. Another day later I got another email saying they were building it. Basically even though I got it, it did cause me a lot of stress before it got here.
I had to download a control panel for the graphic card.
I think the jack is 3.5 but all my 3.5 headphones all feel too big and don't fit well if at all. I can't find where it says the size of the audio jack but I'm buying a 2.5-3.5 jack adaptor to see if that helps.

There was nothing wrong with ordering from the web site. The supply of information while building was good. The problem was that the PC would not boot up correctly. The PC would boot but it needed two goes.
When I open the lid and with a Gigabyte manual I found no battery on the motherboard. I bought a battery from Amazon and the problem disappeared.
PC now works as expected it would.
Something missing in the predelivery checking.
