UNIQLO TOOK MY MONEY and NOT PAYING BACK
I’m really disappointed with Uniqlo Germany’s customer service.
I was DOUBLE CHARGED at the Uniqlo store in Stuttgart when trying to buy a gift card and to this day, I haven’t received my money back.
The cashier processed a transaction and asked me to pay, which I did. Right after that, she told me the transaction had failed and needed to be done AGAIN, so I paid a second time. I received two receipts and immediately pointed out that I had been charged twice, but the staff insisted that wasn’t the case and told me to come back only if there was a problem later.
A day later later, I checked and confirmed that I had indeed been charged twice. When I returned to the store, they admitted that the first payment wasn’t linked to any item meaning UNIQLO TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT giving me anything in return. They told me they couldn’t issue a refund in-store and that the case would be escalated to their finance department.
Since then, I’ve received no updates and no refund. I’ve had to spend my own time chasing a mistake that was entirely theirs. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. For a global brand like Uniqlo, this level of customer service is disappointing.
I just want my money back and a proper resolution!
