The order was sent quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I like the team's sense of humour, too! The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is that the packaging couldn't withstand its treatment by the delivery service.

First time ordered from Unique Looks that were a little crazy. Eventually sorted out and products arrived safely in Australia within about 5 days. Have just finished my second order and products are expected to arrive today or tomorrow here in Australia. Louise in their customer service department was fantastic and answered all my questions. Will certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

Hadn't shopped from this website previously, but my first transaction was smooth without any problems, the items arrived about a week later.
The only thing I'd say is, between order placement and any other progress change or update there was about 5 days or so - which seems a lot.

Great prices for a product that is not sold in the US. I chose international priority shipping and my package arrived within a week.

Navigating their site is easy, the prices are the best I've found anywhere and they will send you email alerts on when they have a product back in stock if it is out when you check for it.

The shipping emails were funny and witty and I got a small roll of candy hearts with my order. Who doesn't like free candy?

Kept me well informed of the status of the purchase and delivery, good customer services. The product was as expected.

As my order had not arrived after 20 days from receiving an e-mail about it being dispached, I queried after it. I was answered quickly with an explanation that my order had actually been dispached 14 days after the order was made, and the original e-mail had been sent by mistake. I was offered no explanation as to why the order was not dispached in time, and after asking for one again I received no answer at all.
Products finally arrived 7 days after my e-mail query, which makes me think they were actually only dispached then.
This was all very disappointing, not so much for there having clearly been a mistake with shipping my order, but for the service I received after asking after it. Particlarly disappointing as previously I have been very happy with their service.

I ordered on the 5th of February and sadly I'm still waiting for my goods! My first order came within two days so I thought great I will use them again, I ordered and it said it was in stock but still it has not arrived, I have emailed them twice now to ask where it is but they don't reply!!! Over all a unsatisfactory experience not a happy customer

Wrong products delivered. Unable to get on the phone and no reply to an email I sent. Would not recommend this company or use them again.

BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM THESE GUYS WAS AMAZING. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IN STOCK AND CAME STRAIGHT BACK TO TELL ME SO, I ORDERED ANOTHER WHICH WAS ACKNOWLEDGED AND DESPATCHED IMMEDIATELY. THEY THEN SENT THE MOST FABULOUS EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW MY PRODUCT WAS ON ITS WAY. THE EMAIL WAS ORIGINAL QUIRKY AND MADE ME LAUGH! I WOULD HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING UNIQUELOOKS, EVERYTHING ABOUTH THIS COMPANY IS PROFFESSIONAL AND "UNIQUE".
