Great savings!

Am very happy with service and prices from this company. A quick email to inform how many parcels and when to expect them when delivery split would be great , but the absence of one does not deter from terrific service.

I was happy with my shopping experience with uniquelooks.com

The first time I found what I needed you were out and I asked for you to email me when you get more in. I though yah right!
But you actually emailed me about what I wanted to purchase. Your service was excellent. My Purchas arrived very soon after I placed the order. And I loved your letter sent to informing me that my order had been sent.

Thank you for your service. I will be shopping with you again.

Still waiting with dirty hair

Well how do I start, I'm still waiting for my order, despite ordering 25 days ago!! E -mailed and Annie replied but that's as far as it went, now it seems that I am out of pocket as this company failed to supply me with my goods I paid for...

Trying to blame Royal Mail!!!

Wish I read the negative comments before my purchase as this seems to be happening all to frequently...

Not a very happy customer........

From Unique with love

You have to purchase your Kevin Murphy from here, best prices and good communication, I was really amused by the e mail explaining my parcel was on its way, you need to buy to get this experience. Love hearts, another lovely touch, highly recommend🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟can't understand any of the negative review I have read.Will not hesitate to buy again , thanks to all at Unique. Sianxx

Easy to work with!

I've found this company trustworthy and reliable, and they write fun emails and give product samples--two added bonuses. Pricing is good. They are in the UK, and my shipments to the USA take 2 weeks or less.

ITEMS PAID BUT NEVER RECEIVED

No suggestion from the Customer service (Annie), except waiting !!!
Is it a joke ?
I am wondering if this famous customer service is really useful.
They didn't make any effort to track the order. They only email to stall you. It's pittifully inadequate.

didn't receive item so can't give opinion

Sales team said it was sent but it never reached me. Royal Mail said after 15 working days I should ask Unique Looks to help me make a claim. Hopefully they will help me.

Wrong order rec'd, 7 emails sent with no response.

I ordered over one month ago, I live in the US so of course it took time to receive. Once received, it was an order issued by a gentlemen in UK, not my order. I have emailed 7 times since, only one response stating to wait the appropriate amount of days for international shipping. Though I noted I did not get my product, and received something unusable, I have not gotten a response, instructions for return, or my actual product, which was quite pricey for my budget. Very, very frustrated.

package hasn't arrived and ignoring emails about complaint

Shouldn't bother with them my package didn't arrive and after emails of complaint they are now ignoring me as well as having it away with £ 20 of my money. I would strongly recommend not using them, thats unless you enjoy getting robbed
