Needed to update from Windows 7 to 10. Downloaded files but got an error message when trying to run. Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and gave me step by step instructions to download the files again and this time everything went smoothly. Download took a long time ( over an hour) and a few restarts during install but success in the end.
Top marks for a caring customer service department.

I was delighted that this company was on the ball and I went ahead and purchased MS Office for Home and Student 2021. I chatted with Kylie on the Chat box and she was most helpful and saw me through the installation and getting into Word. All good.

Daniel on the support desk talked me through the install and even took over my computer remotely when i was really struggling very patent with me being not to tec savvy first class service on a Friday evening

I had an issue with my own computer, opened a chat and Kylie was there. It took hours for me to update my computer (my fault). Kylie helped me through the whole process. I would recommend this company to everyone. Its so nice to have someone who wants to help and not just brush you off. If I could give more stars I would.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Publisher from this company, only to find that existing programs on my computer made installation impossible.

I contacted the company hoping - at best - that I could have a refund from them. Instead, over a series of emails and some help with amending some of my programs, my Publisher was finally installed and at no additional cost.

Overall a very satisfactory experience and I will not hesitate to use this company in future.

From the above I purchased M.S. Office 2010 end July 2023. Sure its old but its what I'm used to. Could not use the downloaded product with the supplied activation code. "Kate Walker" ( assumed name?) stuck with the problem and the product was eventually up and working after an exchange of emails. Probably going to be my go-to-first-place-to-buy for old MS Office Software. At least
unitedksoftware stuck with my prob. until resolved and MS Office2010 now installed & working. Thanks & Congrats Kate!

Melissa was amazing on the chat feature. Went out of their way to help me for ages! Sorted out issues with me buying the wrong product they swapped it for a more appropriate product and then me being rubbish with tech I needed help activating the product which they sorted. thanks so much!

I had issue opening my Office App's on Windows 11, after allowing United K Software online access to my Laptop, they quickly identified the issue and all is now working satisfactorily, Great Experience & by watching how they resolved the issue it's stored in my memory bank for future reference.

Bought Windows 10. Payment process perfect. Installed Windows 10. Installation process perfect. This site does exactly what it says on the tin. No problem.

The web-site looks good, as do the prices. One small problem, however and the support machinery just seizes up. There is nothing more vital than getting the licence key for software just paid for: trouble was, they sent the wrong key, which Microsoft pointed out during the activation process. The chat service was used to try and sort the problem. Unlike most chat facilities for other on-line sellers, this one does not time-stamp the dialogue, nor does it email a transcript back to you. This hides the inordinate amount of time spent messaging the very sweet chat hostesses. These lovely people have little or no authority to fix your problem: they spend all their time (and yours) on hold trying to speak with another part of their operation. Any cost savings that might have arisen from good prices are lost many times over in terms of your own time and lost productivity. These people are best avoided !

The product is exactly as stated and the technical help is fabulous! Excellent service :)
