Great way to sell my van!
We buy vans has been a very convenient way to sell my van. They gave me a quote by text, sent their rep to inspect the van and agreed to pay the amount we initially agreed.

Awful experience
Awful experience - be vary wary. They offer you a fair price and then arrange to pick up the Van and pay for it. Then they turn up offer you a revised much lower price. The process is not as transparent as they make out on their website.
How these people stay in business…
How these people stay in business wasting my time with 10 emails which leads to a £200 offewr for a 2014 Sprinter MWB 313 Fridge Van!!!!!!

Umar was great today cheers mate
Great service.. if you're realistic
They say no quibble but be aware the price they give you online is based on the van as you describe and on the assumption that you know your stuff (unless your a mechanic or vehicle assessor you don't) the man that came and assessed my van was very professional. The price offered was lower than online. Which I was expecting as had a bit of scrape since initial valuation a month ago or so. I believe the price offered was fair after I haggled them up a bit. Remember you are selling trade, if you want top wack for your van sell privately and waste time with tyre kickers, if you want a fairly quick and painless sale cos you need to move on with your life then this is a good option. The guy who saw me was really helpful on a general level as asking him for advice about car buying, told him what I check for and he gave me even more tips, so despite taking a but less than I would like for my van he's probably saved me thousands in the future.
Just putting this out there ...
Just putting this out there so others don’t get messed around like I did.
I work in the trade as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, so I know exactly how these deals are supposed to go. I was completely upfront from the start — the van needed a new engine. No grey area, no surprises.
They offered £400 multiple times, I refused, and made it clear it would need to be £1,000. They eventually agreed to £1,000 on the condition they could collect the next day.
Then the inspector turns up with paperwork saying “non-runner, unknown fault,” which is already wrong. I corrected him straight away and showed him the messages proving I had already told them it needed a new engine.
Next thing, the price suddenly drops to £500 because of the engine issue — the exact same issue they already knew about when agreeing £1,000. That’s not a reassessment, that’s a tactic.
The office then tried to pass the blame onto the inspector, saying it was his decision. I called him myself and he clearly wasn’t happy about being dragged into it, which tells you everything.
I even tried to be reasonable and dropped to £800 just to get it done. They came back with £600 and a half-hearted “sorry you feel this way,” which is just insulting at that point.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. Agree a strong price to secure the deal, then chip it down when they think you’ve got no choice.
Plenty of companies out there — I’d stay well clear of this one.
