Two times flawless experiences
I used Unitrans on 2 occasions- the first one was last summer from Sofia to Bucharest and my recent experience was this month from Izmir to Plovdiv. The first time we drove with Damian and the second with Kamen. They both were super professional and accommodating and especially patient as we were traveling with my little daughter and a lot of luggage. Being focused on the job is a very important feature both drivers had.
I will never hesitate to use Unitrans for a 3rd time as they are by far the most reliable transfer company in Bulgaria.

We used the services of Unitrans BG to go from our home in Sofia to the Rila Monastery in March 2024. We live abroad so I just googled ”private transfers in Bulgaria” and found a few different companies but ended up picking Unitrans as they seemed the most serious: they answer all questions right away, you can book online, you can pay in cash to the driver, they have customer service 24-7 and I can keep going. Our driver, Kamen, showed up a bit early, he patiently waited for us to come down and load our things in the car, his driving was very careful and professional, we felt safe the whole time. Even my 3 year old daughter felt great during the whole trip in the car chair provided by the company and with Kamen’s driving! He respected our wishes to stop for toilet breaks and even took us to have lunch at a local, typically Bulgarian and very good restaurant. The car was loaded with water bottles for everybody, tissues, baby wait wipes and chargers for all sorta of devices… And on top of that the prices were very reasonable given the comprehensive service provided! The company offers all sorts of taxi transfers so we can highly recommend them!

Excellent service and communication.
Fantastic people to deal with. Communication on point and very responsive. We travelled from Sofia Airport to Hyatt Pravets and back as a family of 5with our 3 young children. The driver, Emil was very polite and professional and minivan was excellent, clean and up to the best standard. The car seat was prepared for my 5 years old as well. Will highly recommend them. Thank you.

Brilliant and efficient service. Used Unitrans.bg for transfer Plovdiv -Sofia. Very straightforward booking process - initial quote request online, then communication through what’s up platform and confirmation of booking by e-mail was quick and easy. Excellent value for money - executive style car and professional friendly driver ( personal thank you to Bobi). Will definitely be my first choice for any future transfers in Bulgaria.
