Did what they said they would, efficient service

The job was carried out to our satisfaction. The staff were polite and professional, and cleaned up when the job was completed.

later in the day it ended up rushed and some damage , windows needed thorough cleaning shortly after also

A great service from David and Aldi today for sealing the outside brickwork, cleaning gutters and window frames and particular attention to the corner holding cement replacements and leaving the property spic and span … very pleased with service and willing to recommend. Michael and Marian

Dave and Rob did an amazing job cleaning and sealing our roof tiles.
They were polite and hard working on what was a very hot day!
Amazing job cleaning the gutters ,facias ,UPVC, pathways and windows after the job.
Roof tiles look like new.
Great company and so pleased with the result.

Good job But- the repair work to the brickwork could not be completed adequatly - they worked much later than planned but the time estimated to do the job was inadequate
Pleasant & helpful

Extremely unclean and unprofessional company.

1. The first contact was a surveyor who came home explained in detail (basically marketed too well and overly)- said a thorough clean will be done for a FULL day along with a Properla sealant treatment etc... no debris will be left on premise or in the backyard or front, everything will be done in top shape. Once this is all complete there will be a site survey to check everything is done well and only then they will issue warranty certificate valid for 20 years. If during survey find something wrong, they will do entire process once again.
2. The workers arrived and within an hour they said cleaning is all done... i went to check and found a lot of moss still on the ends of the tiles and they took another 3 times to get it off. They kept using swear words while working, damaged my hallway wall by scratching it with their equipment (because i caught them doing it and reported immediately, their boss agreed to take cut on payment when i produce the invoice for wall repair) & did not clean the area afterwards properly. I had ot chase them to ensure every bit of dirt was gone, but they left so much more uncleaned and rushed off for their next job.
3. There was no survey done after the job, their boss said it is not part of process and they just sent certificate stating this is standard process.

Bottom Line: PATHETIC team and worthless for the 1950£ paid for a 2 bed mid terraced house.

Professional, clean, tidy, polite, kept me informed at all times, checked my neighbours property was left clean and tidy.

The results exceeded my expectation. The guys was very communicable, and very carefully in the process. Despite that the day was very rainy, they've done the job very quickly.

what a good job done by a man who thought of the customer. clean workmanship would have him back any time

Arrived punctually. Explained all aspects of the washing, biociding and coating. Got on with work very efficiently. Cleared up properly and managed to get it done in 6 hours and did not have to come back a second day which we had been told to expect.

The Installation experience was good. The Installers were great. However the app hasn't been set up yet as it was explained. We are still awaiting for the App. But the good part is the team is in touch with us to get it resolved.
Truly amazing, Joseph was in touch till we had the App issue resolved. Would definitely recommend Universal Eco Homes. Thanks for the great service. 👍
