I opened an account with TransxMarket in September 2024 based on the recommendations of UniversalFXSoftware and Mr. Naem, who introduced me to their trading plan. They also provided a free bot for trading Gold/USD on the MT5 platform, which initially seemed promising.

However, my experience quickly turned sour. After making two initial transactions of $100 each, I faced significant issues with withdrawals. Whenever I requested a withdrawal, it required approval from Mr. Naem. If he approved the request, the funds would be released; if not, I wouldn’t receive anything. This approval system added unnecessary control and lack of transparency to the process.

Additionally, TransxMarket began delaying my withdrawal requests and pressuring me to bring in more clients. In an attempt to comply, I referred one client. However, they continued to demand more referrals and started harassing my referred client as well, coercing them to bring in additional clients while delaying their payments too. We both made it clear that we would only consider referring more clients after receiving all of our invested funds along with the promised profits. Following this, TransxMarket abruptly stopped communicating with us. They ignored our withdrawal requests and left us without any resolution to date (January 2025).

We raised multiple complaints through TransxMarket’s customer support, but they failed to resolve our issues. The entire experience has been stressful, and their behavior appears to be highly unethical and fraudulent.

Based on my experience, it’s clear that TransxMarket, in collaboration with UniversalFXSoftware, exploits clients through their opaque practices. The approval-based withdrawal system gives them undue control over our funds, which is a significant red flag.

I strongly advise against investing with TransxMarket or relying on UniversalFXSoftware. Protect your hard-earned money, stay vigilant, and avoid falling victim to their deceitful schemes.

Universal fx /Global legacy soft.everything is fake...Their Deposit & Withdrawal option in software doesnt work at all.You can neither deposit nor withdraw your money at all...Chutiya log hai....
5-6 ladies will make you fool.

No 1 Scammers and fraudsters, person by the name of Sunny calls you repeatedly till you are convinced. They even show you good profits initally, later they go into losses and when you ask for withdrawals or mopney return they just disappear. My account still shows 1000 dollars but they are not returning . I have reported them to cybercrime India. Everybody should do the same

They will scam you and ask you for payment and you will never get anything in return

It is one of the best platform for safe automated trading as it doesn’t require any human interface with not much risk and safe handling too, must try…

They are biggest frauds. Mr. Mathew Mr. Shohan all they are scammers. They will force you to put your money in Transxmarket which is a scam broker. Everything will go fine till the point you place a request for withdrawals. They will give you small withdrawal to prove you that its legit but once you try to withdraw, they will loot your money showing loss. They will make you beg for your own money. Big Fake and scam.
Get away from this scam fake team. They are working together with transxmarket fake scam broker. This software is 200% fake. They will show you some accounts with profits to convince start with them. But never trust them. I already lost my 14000 USD. They will force you to use Transxmarket scam broker. Please never trust them. In the beginning they will make you happy but end result is very big disaster. Stay away from them.

Mr Mathew from universal fx software is really competent man of his words and is always there to resolve my queries . He efficiently configured the software for me and is always supportive to me he told me how things will work . I am pretty much satisfied with the decision of selecting universal fx and feeling lucky that Mr Mathew is my accounts manager keep it up may God bless you 🙏

Worst customer service. They are the big cheaters. After transferring money, they will not respond. Robot software was also very bad. Don't buy this software & don't loose your hard earned money.

Totally fraud company I can prove it. Plz don't invest with them for gad saket. Give ur money to charity but not to them totally fake

Beware with this company and their bot

i have lost 50% of my capital in 15 days and after that they blocked my number, all false promises , always ready with a new offer to upsell and whenever you disagree, the losses start

Amazing customer support and I am very much satisfied with the profits which I am getting through the software , I was in loss earlier and had very bad experience , but this company has proven that not all the softwares are same

4 months before I bought a gold software from universal and till today it works fine with consistence profit and the backend support given by universal software is very good till today if there is any issues I faced it will be resolved in 4 HR
