I used UniversityRooms.com to find accommodation for a recent stay in Oxford. Wycliffe Hall was very conveniently situated for the conference I was attending at St. Anne's College. The room was comfortable and the facilities were very good. The continental breakfast included in the cost was excellent. I enjoyed my stay there and would certainly recommend it to others.

I booked accommodation with UniversityRooms.com for 1 night in London. The accommodation was advertised at £169 per night and once I had booked I received a confirmation email confirming this price and that the accommodation I was staying in would charge me direct using the credit card details I had given at the point of booking. This happened almost immediately, however I was charged £219. University.Rooms have done nothing to rectify this overcharge stating it is not their fault, leaving me £50 out of pocket. Will never use them again!!

Helpful platform and recommended from colleagues until Oxford's lecturer when we want to find affordable room near universities.

Easy to use platform, great visibility of price and room availabilities, as well as the payments. But probably would be much better if the payment proof are sent through our email as a PDF, not a body mail. It makes us easier especially for a company-related stay for completing the administrations

Friendly front desk team, great environment and nice room, worth the money

A fabulous place to stay in beautiful historic surroundings. Only a short walk away, across a lovely bridge where people were punting, to the centre of town.

We stayed in Wycliffe Hall for a couple of nights for a conference. The thing that stood out was how friendly and kind all of the staff we met were. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciate your kindness! Thanks for a great stay. The room was comfortable and clean. There was some noise from a fan or light outside, but overall it was a great place to stay and good value for money.

Excellent stay at Wycliffe. Comfortable room warm and quiet so a good sleep after busy day in Oxford. Breakfast was enough to satisfy both our needs for the day too

I hesitate to reveal how lovely it was to stay here because I plan to return someday for a family trip and don’t want to compete to get reservations! This was a fabulous place to get the space and relaxation I’ve been craving. Thank you for being so welcoming and considerate to a traveler. It’s been a long time since I visited before this but I’ll be looking forward to the next time I come and can stay here.

Basic but clean, functional room in quiet area close to centre - exactly what was required. A good, if a little pricey, alternative Premier Inn.

Things to improve would be access to a coffee machine (unless I missed it), as the café etc is closed at the weekend. In view of this, a couple more sachets of coffee in the room would have been great.

Otherwise very good and I will likely stay again and recommend to others.

When we arrived we followed the instructions which were clear. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable. The extra pillow in the wardrobe was appreciated, as was the hairdryer. Good selection of toilet toiletries, tea coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. The room was warm and we will definitely be returning.

Lovely suite, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, very comfortable - only downside it seemed that the previous occupant had been smoking in the rooms, maybe the no smoking rule could be displayed more prominently.

Room was clean and welcoming - reception was friendly.
Only issue was the room was quite warm but I was able to open a window and turn down the radiator.

Facilities were very clean but a bit worn. Bed was comfortable. A bedside light would have been useful; it would have to be wall-mounted but perhaps this could be added when the room next gets an update. Electrical sockets were few and hard to reach, for someone rather older than a student. Staff were very helpful, and overall this was a good stay.

Extremely equipped. Very pleased given the price not exorbitant, the location, and the available amenities in the apartment.
Recommended to friends.

Excellent room and value for money. It was very clean and there is plenty of space. I was only staying one night and so it could not have been better. A good location within easy walking distance of the centre. If I was coming to Newport again would I look to stay here again - very definitely.
