You send the survey but you didn´t send the KEY OF THE GAME.
I`m worried about my order, I bought a dark souls 2 key but I´m still waiting for the email with my key, instead I have received this survey.
I tried the LiveChat... but the link is wrong. I tried the skype chat, but is not configured... so I must trust in an email service from where I only get and automated answer.
In 2 hours I will start a Paypal reclamation.

DO NOT RECOMMEND poor costumer support
I recently purchased Dark souls 2 scholar of the first sin steam cd key and received a duplicate code that can not be activated. I try to contact them through their email and they said the would respond in 12 hours, they did not. So I sent them numerous emails, messaged them on twitter and facebook and still no response in 72 hours. Tried the live chat but the link sends to website to download some live chat software for companies so no luck there. I'm overseas in the us so I'm unable to contact them by phone. It seems like they are completely ignoring my messages and all I want is a simple response telling me they are looking into it but not even that. I currently have an open dispute with pay pal for a refund unless they send me a non duplicate key VERY SOON. Very disappointed

Payment problems
Ok buying experience except for the payment part. Had to try three times to make payment go through. First two tries with visa, got to the end of payment flow, but ended up with a payment error. Switched to PayPal and the payment finally went through.

Quick delivery, once it accepted payment
Games were delivered immediately after payment was accepted. However there was a problem paying with PayPal in GBP (the third time I've had this problem here).
Changing the currency to EUR fixes the problem, however the price I was paying jumped from £9.26 to £10.18 on doing this!
