Bought Diablo III and its expansion, keys work no problem, were well priced and arrived instantly. Only problem was checkout experience. Checkout is clunky and misleading. Initially I wanted to purchase it in GBP, but at checkout it was trying to charge me in EUR, so paypal would not authorise the transaction. Ended up having to pay more in Euros AND having to pay paypal currency conversion rates ON TOP of the "handling" "fee" the company charges on top of the purchase price.

If I'm buying something in £ I expect it to be charged in £ not some other currency.

As for the user interface, initially it looks great and well designed. However when trying to pay for the actual products it comes up with error messages such as "please accept all the conditions" despite the boxes being checked. On top of this you need to go through this particular stage twice in order to confirm the purchase.

I am very satisfied. They gave me great support after i orderd the same Game 2 times as a mistake. I wrote them and i got the mony back that was already deposit from my account. No extra payment for cancle or anything. Just smooth and all things allright. It took some days becaue of the Bank way but that was ok.

Cheap store. I bought a game before it came out, the key arrived one day before the official release so i could pre-download it.

The code they sent me for XBOX LIVE 3 months GOLD was already used, but they refunded the money, that was a good point. However they shouldn't sell codes which can be fake.
