Great Great bike I love it so much it's my No1 ebike Great price and customs service was amazing don't waste you time looking around. just buy it you will love it i had my for 5 year done over 11000 miles still keep going it's my work house never let me down and the battery still work 100% powerful Samsung battery

Two years on since my purchase and despite me living 250miles away, the team still help out with any issue I may have (mostly through fault of my own) and give me countless advice on parts & maintenance. The bike still runs like day one which is great considering I’ve done about 12000 miles on it. Highly recommended 🙏🏻

Ersin gave me a great deal on a used bike in stock. Absolutely in love with it. Continental tires are very sticky on mud and dirt, they grip really well, saved me a few times on cornering

Best bike I ever had, I’m writing this after having the bike over 8 months. Very strong parts, I ride it hard and do jumps and the bike just takes the beating and hold up well. Stil the original pads, not done any service yet but it seems to last long long time

Saddle to handlebar gap to close, had to buy snake seat post. Poor quality tyres and inner tubes had to buy replacements after first ride. Mudguards give no protection had to buy replacements after first ride.

Was perfect exactly as I exited easy to setup amazing bike to this day months later highly recommended literally one of the best in uk from what I’ve seen.

Just took delivery of my new ersin hybred bike, have had one befor , but oh wow, much much better than i expected. I knew it would be good . But it was so smooth to ride, better suspention ect ect ect.
All i keep saying is wow!!!

Most amazing bike I’ve ever had, owned for 12 months now, done 2000 faultless miles so far, still going strong, pure head turner, I’m always being asked questions about it, used for my daily commute to work in and around Liverpool city centre, never been bothered by the police, I chose the full mtb, so glad I did as one day going home I took a short cut through my local park and chose a route I’ve never took before, doing 28mph on a slight down hill on grass, little did I know there was a 6ft drop off a grass bank not visible to the eye till it’s to late! Out of no where I’m 6ft in the air at 28mph! Nothing I could do but try and land safely, was totally expecting to wake up in hospital, to my utter amazement I landed it safely, I put this down to the excellent all round suspension system it has, completely saved me, highly recommend it, Ersin team where great getting my first set of brake pads out to me recently

i’ve had the ersin fold for around 2 weeks done about 70 miles on it. there is not a single negative thing i could even try and say about the bike OR the company/customer service. since having the bike i’ve had 2 problems: a popped tire and some issues with my gearing. both things i got almost immediate help with. anytime that you message the guys at unrestricted bikes you will wait no longer that 10 minutes for a response. the first time i messaged them with a general query at like 11pm and they still replied.
if ur looking for any type of bike whether it be a folding or a mountain bike or even a hybrid. unrestrictedbikes is the place to go

A really nice experience with this company. Easy to order, really fast shipping, support when I had a couple of niggles with the bike. I purposely left this review a couple of months after I ordered the bike to make sure I was happy with it and could give a honest review of the total experience.

Overall the company, is good, they sent out the bike quickly and are good with customer service.

Fast delivery , great bike, battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like I get about 18miles from a single charge.
