I bought the waterproof mat as a backup, and it worked beautifully during nap time. No mess reached the mattress at all. It washed up without shrinking, and I’ve already used it three times.

I read a post that had great information on potty training and recommended upairy cotton training pants so I immediately ordered 10 and then decided to look up more info on this company and panicked due to the negative reviews. I immediately emailed them to request cancellation or instructions how to return my order. I have to admit they replied promptly to all of my emails and while they couldn’t cancel the order they encouraged me to email once I received my items. They did end up refunding my full amount just prior to receiving my package so I asked how I could return the items when they arrived and they offered me to keep or donate the order. I was surprised when I got them because they look and feel of pretty decent quality although O have used them yet I will give them an honest try. 5 stars for great customer service and upon look and feel of the product.

Love these training underwear and even better service. I ordered size based on their chart but my tall skinny mini didn't fit them. I reached out and received a prompt response. Was sent a smaller size at no cost very quickly. That's the best customer service I could also for. The training pants are a quality item that are absorbent wash easily. I'm sure potty training will be a breeze! Little one is excited to wear big kid underwear and that really facilitates the process and reinforces the change of transitioning to potty use instead of diaper.

We got started with the potty training journey over a year ago. I recently purchased a large batch of Upairy training pants and within a week, we were seeing some progress. Not only that, when I messaged the company with some questions about the proper fit and some leaking we were still having, they sent a full replacement batch in the xl size for us to use! 10/10 on customer service!!

Thought they weren’t supposed to leak through but they definitely do unfortunately. And a lot of the reviews are fake

My son is five and autistic with a significant speech delay. We gave up on potty training. We truly thought that it was just not possible for him. I saw an ad for these on Facebook and ordered on a whim. We just did a direct switch, from diapers to these. And finally, FINALLY, it worked. He has worn these underwear exclusively during the day for two weeks. We are down to 1 or 2 accidents a day at most, and even those are very small. More like he pees a little and stops himself before going to the toilet. He has only peed through them to his clothes twice. We had a few major poop accidents that were totally contained and easy to wash out. These are worth every penny.

I reached out to this company because I was interested in their products to help my child and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Their customer service was excellent and I am extremely grateful for the help I received, I look forward to watching them grow!

Unfortunately these didn't work for my son but they are great quality and look lovely 5 stars just for the customer service

Although UpAiry pants didn’t work perfectly for what we needed in our potty training journey the customer service was genuinely second to none. The quality is great but unfortunately for us not as leak proof as I needed to eliminate the constant changing. Definitely worth giving them a go, the team are incredible helpful.

I contacted upairy and got a fast response from Xaida, who offered to send a bigger size at no extra cost. They have offer endless advice and are a really responsive company! Thank you

I assumed reusable pants would be stiff and uncomfortable. I was wrong. My daughter wears them all day like regular underwear and doesn’t complain once. She even brags about being done with diapers.

The refund process went smoothly. This product is great, but my baby toilet trained faster than expected so I didn't need the product anymore. But it has cute designs and the padding helps with peace of mindbecause it can catch some pee before baby gets to the toilet if needed.

We ordered the pack of 5. Over the weekend we started using them with our daughter who started refusing to stop playing and go use the bathroom. After one accident she hasn’t had another. She’s sleeping through the night dry and using the toilet when she wakes up now too.

My LG first time wearing them and it did not go very well at all.. However, I contacted customer services at UpAiry, and they were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and listened and worked with me to resolve the issue. Im hoping our resolution will work as if this product is half as good as the staff , it is going to be amazing!

After a long delivery time we have used these a few times and they just leak every time. Save your money and just put your kid in regular pants. Its the same experience but with more money for washing powder!

Don’t order from this company - their refund policy is a scam.

They seem great at first, quick responses and tell you there’s no need to return the items. Say to allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned - I haven’t received my refund. Will now see if my credit card company can help.
