Don’t buy from this company they are scam after 2 weeks from my order i received email that my order at front door but there is nothing they are fake , i emailed them many times with no response at all they only took money and you receive nothing

Goodness me!! What a WASTE of money!! These are ridiculously expensive and after waiting 3 weeks for my order to be shipped they are not leakproof one bit. And before they come for me blaming me they do fit my child properly.

This is honestly the biggest con ever. Do not buy this cheap crap.

They leak through every single time. Our kid hasn't at all seemed uncomfortable wearing these when they are wet. They are just cloth diapers with an elastic band.
Also, they took FOREVER to get here and we never received the book and charts that were supposed to come with them.
I feel like I've been scammed.

Horrendous. Huge huge waste of money. Son wore them once and they wash terribly- they really are disappointing. Might as well potty train using normal pants as after one use these are no longer useful. Huge waste of time & money. Customer service appalling & delivery time too long (almost had him trained by the time they arrived!) don’t buy into this con.

They market these up, down, and left as leakproof. They leak more than a standard pair of training underwear. They simply suck and the business should be investigated for its massive false advertisement campaign. Preying on parents struggling with children who are resilient to potty training.

The company was very easy to work with. Ordering was easy and came quickly. I ended up needing a different size and I was able to get in contact with the company very quickly and they handled my issue beyond my expectations. Thank you, Up Airy!

Complete disaster I ordered 19 days ago have not received product, keep getting fed lies and promises oh we'll refund you oh we ship put of new Zealand when they actually ship out of China, I want a full refund and now they won't reply to my emails, don't buy from them they will screw you over

It takes wayyyy too long to arrive. I feel like 2 weeks is way too much to wait and still not here. Customers service not responding as it states "within 8hours". I am afraid it looks like a scam.

These really don't hold the pee in at all. They are as good as the cheap ones that you can get on Amazon (which is not very!)

I purchased UpAiry training pants for my daughter but MONTHS later (now) I have never received them. I was told I would be given a refund - nothing. This company is a complete SCAM. 0/10 do not recommend. Save your money and just do the old school method of adding underwear under a diaper.

Bought these thinking they are leakproof and made either in UK or USA. Once I placed the order I realised they were shipped from China.

Took 2 weeks to arrive, and once I opened them I was surprised to find they are EXACTLTY the same as porry training pants I got off amazon for less than half the price - the pattern, the material is identical!

They are NOT leakpropf - they leak through as soon as the child pees. This is false advertising just like the unbranded ones on amazon! Do not bother or if you still want them just buy the ones off amazon - exactly the same but so much cheaper!

These took ages to arrive, much longer than the 5-8 days they advertise. Customer service offered no apology or explanation.

When we finally started using them, my little one leaked through immediately, no different to normal underwear. Really poor.

They don’t soak the pee at all. The bed or flooring, the trouser everything gets wet. So doesn’t fulfill its purpose

These are just overpriced normal panties with extra padding. Even the first pee will come through panties, pants and straight to sofa. Not recommended, save your money and train with normal panties.

Useless.. all soaked and pant got all wet. Normal underwear will work exactly the same. Don't waste your money on this. False advertising. You'll regret if you buy it.

I tried the bed mat with the hearts design, and my daughter slept through without noticing it. It kept the sheets dry, which was all I hoped for. Easy to wash too.

Didnt receive order. They promised to refund. Never did. Had to dispute through bank

Saw an ad for these in Facebook and thought we would give it a go. Wish I hadnt bothered. First accident leaked straight through the underwear, trousers and onto the sofa! These claimed to protect against leaks. Absolutely no different to a normal pair of pants. Also they seem to absorb the smell of urine very strongly, unlike normal pants, so that even after you wash them the smell is still there. Awful product, what a rip off. I contacted the company regarding the fact that the product does not do as advertised and was offered a refund. Fair enough, I accepted that and was told it would take 10 working days. Well nearly 3 weeks went past and no refund, contacted them again and I was told it had not been processed! Apparently they process refunds in batches and mine had been missed, well that spoke volumes to me about how many refunds they must be processing! Anyway, waited again for the refund and nothing. Had to chase again for the refund and was told it would be a further 10 days to receive the refund! So all in all waited over a month and I still havent had a refund. Dreadful product and awful customer service. Avoid!
