The pants turned up in good time, about a couple of weeks. But they are useless. They leak straight away and hold in nothing. I've tried following some of the suggestions and videos and we are still leaking on first wee. Can not be used. I'm so disappointed.

Postage took a long time.
These training pants are not leak proof as advertised.
Accidents will leak straight out and wet clothing and furniture.
Less absorbent than Bonds Whoopsies.

I got the 10 pack training underwear, and the extra absorbent pads and they do not absorb well my son pees 1 time and it goes straight through, I thought it would be thicker than Alva Baby reusable diapers and pads, and their diapers only thing is the buttons but I'm trying to get away from diapers is the point

Unfortunately didnt work for me, as my daughter just treated them like nappies and didnt seem to recognise that she was wet. So we reverted to using normal pants, but the customer services team were great when I needed help, couldn't fault them at all

I was having so much trouble potty-training my 3 year old until I found these. After 2 weeks the progress she has made is nothing short of AMAZING, and I totally credit the UpAiry underwear!

Items took forever to arrive.
My son no longer required them as we managed to pick up potty training within this time so I requested a return.

Was told there would be no need to return the products and would be issued with a full refund but the refund has not been received over a month later.

Amazing! I got 10 pairs and one potty for my 13 months old. I saw a progress in about a week’s time. He was very aware of his accidents and made potty training much easier. Due to him being on a younger side full potty training will take longer, but he has a very good progress. Undies are soft and great quality. They have outstanding customer service. 💯 recommend

Bought the training pants here few months ago but potty training did not work in our favor so i reached out to see if i can exchange to a larger size and they were able to accommodate my request! So grateful for this

Didn't recieve items or refund. Total scam. Some alternatives on amazon will do the same job

I’m currently waiting for my delivery to come through, but I can say that the customer service that I have received so far has been fantastic. It was quick and incredibly friendly. They managed to sort out redirecting my delivery and helped with any questions I had.

Scam. 100% leaking cotton underwear.. thanks for nothing..

Don't bother... Scammers 100%.
Every single one leaks through, size is good.
Product says Made in China, 100% cotton, but their so called waterproof TPU fabric is nowhere to be found on the label. So it's just an ordinairy underpants. I lost my money, and my common sense also, how could I be so stupid to trust an Instagram advertisement...

I have tried so many methods to potty train my 3 year old, which gave him rashes and discomfort, but with UpAiry he absolutely loved it and as he can feel the mess and now he is telling me he wants to go to toilet,but no worries of leak or a mess.
As a mother of toddler, I would greatly suggest this product .

It leaked. Big time. Asked for a refund. Been 3 weeks, havent received any. First they told me one of the staff missed it, and then they said they have processed it and i should be receiving an email, but none of it ever arrived, the email, the refund…

It took a while to get delivered which was fine because I wasn't in a rush to potty train. However, when I started using it. Literally after 5-10?mins of being on my twins I saw that it has leaked through their dresses. I gave it another try by putting a different pair (design) on them thinking it might just be the one but nope, the same thing happened. All the leak proof/no leak claims are wrong! The sizes I bought were a good fit so I couldn't see any reason why it would leak. Also, after just 1 wee!?!

Made in China... not New Zealand! teribble fabric! You buy a size M depending on your weight and it was too tight for my relatively thin son. It leaks pee. I definitely do not recommend it.

UpAiry offers the best customer service I have ever experienced! They reply in a very timely manner and were able to solve my problem without delay.

I ordered according to the size chart, but the fit was very large. Only a few hours after emailing them, UpAiry had already submitted an order for free replacements on the size down. They seem to understand how important fit is.

As for how absorbant they are, they remind me of cloth diapers. If done correctly, they hold a lot. They are much less bulky than cloth diapers though, which is a huge plus.

I recommend trying them, even if you only start with one pair to see how they work for you. They sent me a free sticker chart with mine, and it already has my son asking to go to the potty so he can get stickers.

I purchased the official UpAiry training underwear from the website. They work well but they shrink A LOT. At least 50% shrinkage. I bought the largest size and they won't last long because my child is going to grow out of them quickly. Really disappointed in this, as the site advertised no shrinkage.

They hold a lot of urine. My child will pee in them with a full bladder before letting me know that they need changed. No leaks. I like them better than pull-ups, because this is at least alerting them that their body has done something that is making them feel uncomfortable. I am kind of annoyed my child just treats them like a cloth diaper, the website advertised that my child would be potty trained in weeks, but all the training underwear does is feel more uncomfortable than pullups.

Don’t bother. They are just expensive panties. The urine completely went through the panties and trousers. They false advertised this product. Honestly just order some regular panties from Amazon. Don’t waste your money and it takes forever to arrive.

These were really disappointing. The fit is snug, but as soon as my son pees, it soaks straight through the underwear and soaks his pants as well. Seems no difference from regular underwear, just a lot more expensive.
