I recently used this company for the first time since my dear friend passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to make his family a photo book of all of our childhood memories from a lot of old polaroid photos I had kept in the loft. I found the company on Google and sent off my pics recorded delivery, they replied to say they have received them safely, and I received the files to download within a short time. They did an outstanding job of scanning all of them so that I could make the memory book for my friends family. I am truly thankful for all they have done. 10/10 from me for service and professionalism during a difficult time.

I was most impressed with the efficiency, speed and quality of the service. Update photo kept me informed throughout all the stages and the whole enterprise took 5 days - from posting the photos to receiving the digitised format.

Excellent - you can trust these people to take care of your precious slides. They will email you to let you know your slides have arrived and sent back, which is very reassuring. Digital pictures were of good quality and sent v quickly after payment - highly recommend you using them.

We had a lot of (precious, pre-digital) photos scanned (mostly 6x4 but also a wide range of sizes, including some very long school class photos). We have been delighted with the high quality of the work done and with the scans we received on a memory stick. The service has consistently been friendly, professional and accommodating of our needs.

Updatephoto.co.uk offered a superb service processing and updating hundreds of my photos - great quality at a reasonable cost. A reliable company who offer good old fashioned first class service.

Absolutely brilliant. I'd had a box of about 30 old slids for around 40 some years. I sent them to UpdatePhoto thinking I might get a few back as bad quality jpegs but they ALL came back as jpegs in brilliant quality. I can't remember how much it cost so it couldn't have been so bad. I really thought they'd never see the light of day. I'm so pleased to thank you UpdatePhoto.

With moving abroad and having nowhere to store the family history of photographs, I contacted UpdatePhoto, from start to finish could not fault the customer service received...second to none!

Excellent and prompt service. I was asked if I agreed to a small modification made to my transparencies; when I pointed out that some of my photos were back to front, they were immediately righted at no extra charge; and the results otherwise were all I had hoped for.
