Updater was super helpful and helped me keep track of my tasks. The only problem I had was receiving the Updater email. For some reason, I had to try different emails in order for it to come through. Other than that, using Updater was super easy and helped me have a seamless move.

The company helped me to get all of my utilities switched over to my lovely apartment I like all the amenities the upgraded appliances I have more space loving it

Everyone at Abbington Village office was so kind and very helpful to my fiancée and myself. Our apartment is very nice and I do believe we are going to love it here!! Neighbors seem friendly as well so that's an added bonus!! 😊

The movers were efficient and thorough. They asked what needed to be stored before packing. Everthing was intact. The movers were also respectful of the property.

I like the appartment space and it's quiet neighborhood helpful staff I would recommend Ronda she was very helpful in the process
Now on the bad side is that when we moved in alot of stuff in the appartment needed to be fixed and I feel like this should've been done before I walked from the door .
But the staff members quickly managed to fix the issues after all I recommend this place to move in to .

Updater is so Great!! They told me when it was time for my move and helped me switch over all my utility service to my new apartment. It notified me what I needed to do to complete my move. I wasn't lost or confused on what to do. It was all here for me with reminders.

The staff is awesome. They took the time to show me and find me exactly what I was looking for. They followed up and made sure everything was ready to go for move in. The are there anytime and you build a friendship with all. The application process was easy and they make sure they do everything they can to get you accepted. If you are thinking to move to Spur Apartments which I highly recommend (the apartments are super nice!!!) please ask for JAY. He's very attentive to your needs and make you feel welcome and in the right place. Thank you Jay, I love my new apt.

I was not told about the trash removal requirement but yet I'm being charged for it I have yet to have my trash moved and I can't walk to the dumpster

Great customer services, very professional staff and helpful employees

I'm a long-time renter and have come across many companies but I haven't seen anything like this. Michelle was my agent and she exceeded my expectations by taking me as a walk-in, with consistent communication, professionalism, and most of all, her humble and humility attitude. From seeing the actual unit, using Updater, move-in day, and the days afterward, I could not be any happier. Finally get to settle and live comfortably as a long-term resident at my new place.
