Very proactive and helpful letting agent. Do full check in and check out reports, sort council tax, utilities on check in/out and provide meter readings for tenant and landlord. Chloe did a great job helping me refurbish the property after a difficult tenant left it in a poor state plus advising me generally. Other team members I've dealt with have been good too.

We currently purchasing our first home and had the pleasure of working with Jade as our estate agent. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, always easy to contact, and genuinely friendly. A special mention to Emily, who looked after the sales progression. She was absolutely outstanding in managing both my sale and purchase. She chased solicitors, coordinated with other agents in the chain, and most importantly, kept me constantly updated. Without her persistence and dedication, I genuinely don’t think we’d have made it through such a complex process.

My partner and I visited a house in Coventry that proved to be a bit too close to A45, however, Demi Highbury was not only very friendly and courteous but also well prepared in terms of any type of information about the house, including when different parts of the it were built or renovated... by far the best customer services so far. Excellent service from UP Estates. Recommended a higher house sales price than other agents and the house sold within a few weeks. UP managed all the viewings and chased feedback from each viewer. Always responded to emails and calls and were very switched on. I highly recommend them

I would highly recommend UP Estate agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. We chose Up Estates to sell our property with, based on a recommendation. And I am SO GLAD that we did! Jade was superb and sold our house within a week, securing the price that we were after. Jade also assisted us in buying our new property the same week, which all went smoothly. It was a fantastic start, and this continued when we were passed over to Emily, who has been our sales progressor and case handler. There are no words other than WOW.

Emily has been absolutely phenomenal, and her communication is out of this world. We’ve been unfortunate enough to have extremely poor solicitors dealing with our sale and purchase, and Emily has chased them even more than we have! She is a force to be reckoned with and takes no prisoners, accepting no nonsense from the solicitors which has been just outstanding. Our solicitors have caused delay after delay and they’ve been very slow replying to other parties; Emily has chased them at every step to get things moving again.

Emily has been the person providing all of the updates throughout the entire process, as the solicitors have been sloppy and lacklustre. If it wasn’t for Emily and her promptness, I dread to think how much slower this entire process would have been.

Emily has a special skill in making you feel extremely valued as a customer, as she is always available to assist and nothing feels like too much trouble. 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough of a shout out for how outstanding she has been. She really is a star!!

Up Estates made the whole house buying process quick and easy (especially doing it all by myself). Simon and Becky showed great communication and answered all of my questions at the start of the process and Emily followed the sales progressions throughout and Demi chased completion right at the end when the sellers solicitor communication lacked. It couldn’t have gone any better - thanks Up Estates!
