The delivery took longer than expected
The delivery took longer than expected, but it was not hurry for me, so it is fine.
The team at Upffront was in contact with me all the time explaining that they have not received the part from their end and assuring me that the process was open and that eventually the product will be ahipped - as it effectively happened.

Haven't heard about this shop before
Haven't heard about this shop before, but since they were the only ones having the necessary part in stick I chose them and would do it again. Can't tell how they perform in case you have a claim, but delivery was on time, part as described, communication professional. So, nothing to complain so far
