Parcel undelivered after almost 1 month
Shipment did not reach destination due to unknown reasons, never left the shipping country and was sent back to sender. Upfront got it back one week ago and never informed us.

Web shop was not the most intuitive, but right goods were delivered
Web shop was not the most intuitive to manage the addons that there was needed. There would be room for improvement.
Goods were correct, points from that. Also the inhouse comminication about order status was great!
Delivery was not perfect since there was two different operators and seems like they did not have seamless integration, because once goods were at my local pick up point I did not have email or sms message about arrival of goods.
