Simon at Upgrade My Desk has assisted us in becoming more corporate and stream lined. He has provided us with new PC’s, delivered straight to our door with everything already on them, all we had to do was hit the on button. His professionalism is second to none and there hasn’t been a time he has not answered the phone. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon at UMD to any small or large commercial company. Always on hand and has pointed us in the right direction to now upgrade our website!

We recently took on Simon at Upgrade My Desk to take on all of our business IT logistics. We needed someone who could come in and tell us what needs upgrading to gain maximum performance from our ageing kit. He offered new IT equipment at great prices and so far we have implemented the most important parts of the system, all in the timeframe that was required. We now pay monthly for his back up and services and he is always on hand when we need him.

There is not a single thing Simon does not know about IT!

I brought him into the company I manage and he did a complete IT overhaul. He streamlined the entire process making it flawless. Simon is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, punctual and honest. He knew we had budgets in mind and did not exceed them, if anything he saved us money by providing new software and PC's.
