Don't use this service their customer service is not helpful at all and you have to contact them to resolve your issues that they say they will take care of. I've had to forward cancellation letters 3 times (they seem to lose what I have sent) so far and no resolution to date. I anticipate I will have to forward the "requested" letter to them more times until this is resolved.

Deleting a review you don't like does not make it less valid. Please customers be careful of this company. This company canceled my trip without warning and is now charging me financing fees and a non refundable deposit. I have been going back and forth with them as they lied to me for two months claiming Carnival canceled my cruise and not them. I have called multiple times asking to speak to a manager who is conveniently never available. Now they are deleting and/or reporting all of my reviews. This is clearly not a professional company that can be trusted.

So I applied a month ago with this company. And still to this date have not received an answer. They were given all the necessary information over and over. Holly is not reliable at all . She just told me stories to pacify me. Never use this company its not reputable at all..!

I would give no stars if possible. My cruise was canceled and I have shown over 4 people that I have the 100% refund selection put in. None of them care to freeze my loan or refund me my money. Uplift is a joke. Don’t fall for it. I’m out 2g now

Trip was canceled do to Covid-19 and they are trying to still charge interest fees. Carnival has informed them that the trip was canceled and then I had to tell them that the trip was canceled. Yet some worker name Misty had the nerve to tell me today that my account still open. When asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused to connect me. They cancelled the trip April 1,2020 and Uplift is still trying make money off of people during this sad time we are facing. SHAME ON YOU UPLIFT SHAME ON YOU.

Why do you report an account as CLOSED....and not paid in full??!! And on time!! This causes a huge credit score drop.

If you have the money, do not use this as an alternative payment plan method. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to assist me with a hotel cancellation refund and no one answers the phone. I have been bounced around to multiple people through email and no one is able to solve this for me. It is incredibly frustrating and not worth doing business with a company like this.

We just returned from our "Uplift trip" - was waiting to see how the Uplift process worked before reviewing. Happy to say everything went off without a hitch - no problems along the way at all. I would definitely use this method again - also, you get immediate confirmation of your booking and the rate was reasonable.

I am struggling and would love to consolidate but there is absolutely no way I would ever consider a loan paying 98% interest, that is a slap in the face. So much for you trying to help people.

Very good experience with them, will interest rate go down after first loan has been paid off if I need another , a bit high for 710 score but happy with them , also don’t feel the way your log in to there site is the safest .

I ran 3 applications and was approved on all when I finally got the guts to submit my cruise booking! Thank you for giving me a chance at something I don't think I could of done with out you guys giving me the loan! My monthly payments are beyond fair and my cruise isn't for a year so it will be paid off and then maybe book again when I get back! Thanks again for the awesome service!

Easy approval and decent terms to facilitate a great vacation. The process was painless and the ability to spread the vacation costs over 11 months made it easy to budget and payoff. All costs were upfront and well advertised.

Is it even legal to charge 65% interest?? If I had good credit I would not be coming to this company... Why 65%?
