Delivery was organised by Gardening Express who I had purchases a number of plants from.
Delivery driver brought a large truck onto my driveway (which is on a steep decline, which had a honeycomb matting fitted to hold stone chips in place) and dislodged stones and ripped up matting while leaving driveway. Cars now struggling to get up drive and company refuse to rectify driveway!!
I got an email asking about a timeframe. I was told I'd get a message in the morning as it was an all-day delivery. 2 p.m that day came and no message, so I emailed. I was told 2:30-4:30 p.m. Nobody turned up, so I emailed again and got told the driver was delayed but WOULD be there in the next hour. Two hours passed and nothing. I emailed again for an update, got no response, tried calling, and then they closed. No delivery, spent the whole day waiting.

While we’re not the delivering depot ourselves, that’s not something we want to hide behind. We arranged the service, so we absolutely take your experience seriously. The lack of clear updates and the missed delivery window are not the standard we expect for our customers.
We’re currently following this up with the delivery depot to understand exactly what happened and to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Wayne our delivery driver in Kent today was amazing! Kerbside delivery was clearly stated when ordering. Our delivery was 350kg and live on a hill with steep driveway! Wayne saved us loads of time and delivered to the door! Great company to deal with, very happy and above expectations!
Would give zero if I could. Terrible excuse of a logistics company.

received delivery of laminate flooring driver called ahead and was most helpful when he arrived. called customer service number for an estimated time and again they were very helpful. 10/10 service would recommend and I will most definitely use this company again
Received delivery, box was stinking of sick with maggots crawling over it. Had other issues with them too but nothing compared to this, hardly worth mentioning
