Coming from a UI/UX background, the website is super simple and pleasing to use. I was putting off launching my YouTube livestreams due to the setup process but I prefer this route of adding a video background and then uploading a playlist of audio tracks. The pricing is affordable for a newbie but I plan to upgrade to offer more streams. My YouTube channel is called helpmechillout, if you want to see how the livestream is powered by upstream. I also love the stream designer!!! Very well thought out product. 10/10!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been trying to upload videos since I purchased your service, and not only is it taking forever, but when the video is finally uploaded, it's not even on your server, so I have to start the upload process all over again. This just happened again!!. It took all night to upload, and the video is not on your server. So frustrating.

Very satisfied with customer service although i would have appreciated that there was information regarding the free trial. When i signed up i had no idea it was a one day free trial and then we have to purchase to get the service. I thought the service was free. It is not mentioned anywhere that it is only one free day.

My live streams are always up, and the setup process is a breeze.

Great IT support. The IT team were very helpful with our project. Answered all our questions.

UStream.SO works great for what it is. There are a couple of additional features I would love for the stream builder to incorporate and the ability to stream to multiple platforms at once without having to have one of the higher tier subs is a must. But if your looking for a good tool to stream 24/7 with content you already have, this is a great and easy to use tool.

It is an amazing service for what it offers, good stability, sadly did not subscribe to it but i will in the future, they offer a grateful 1 day trial, all in all amazing!!!!!!

I recently had an issue setting up my upstream on YouTube, I contacted the upstream staff via chat and a Staff member named Sabastian walked me through every step. He was patient and knowledgeable . The customer service was pro. 5 out of 5.

Was concerned a bit because it's a newish company, but been solid as a rock running two 24/7 livestreams on my Youtube channel. Customer service has also been very responsive.

Love that I can live stream a recording 24hrs everyday. I use it to boost my watchtime hours.

Started a YouTube Cafe Music channel just over a week ago. It's easy to use. I do a 12 hour live stream every day. I get a couple hundred views per hour that up to thousands over 12 hours... And about 10 subscribers per day just off my live streams. It's a slow grow for a niche channel but it's working and Upstream Really helps as a marketing took to get exposer. Also, If you are not treating YouTube like a business.. You're doing it wrong!
