I ordered 2 wiggle cars for my grandkids for Christmas got a tracking number and waited patiently for them to arrive. I then got an evri email stating I was getting a parcel delivered our evri courier came and delivered a black envelope inside a card saying thank you for shopping with us I was left a little confused as to what this was I then get a notification stating that my wiggle cars had been delivered. I immediately wrote an email to uptrend Netherlands asking for a refund as I haven't received what I ordered and still to this day haven't heard off them. Please do not order from this company it's a total SCAM I only wish I would of done more research.

Today I received a small black bubble wrapped envelope, inside was a small white card with a picture of a clothes hanger with Chinese writing.
The package was delivered by EVRI and displayed the exact same tracking number of what should have been an electric wiggle car. Disgusting!! I have notified my bank about this company as I purchased from their website not off Ticktock or Facebook link

I ordered a wiggle car on 3rd November. I was provided a tracking number. I started tracking I could see the item had left China. It then said the item had been delivered. It has not been received. I have emailed the company many times with no response.

I’ve been scammed absolutely gutted ordered a wiggle car for it not to come 😭😭

Waited for a wiggle car to be delivered today instead frauded me with empty envelope through my letter box want this fully investigated also written to traded standards its a disgrace so dont buy from this sight

⚠️⚠️Even giving this one star makes me sick. TOTAL SCAM. I paid almost £60 for two wiggle bikes for my children for Christmas and was sent an envelope with nothing but a clothes tag in it. Absolutely vile. Please please please AVOID at all costs! I attempted many times to contact the “company” for a refund but was totally ignored. In the end I was able to get a refund through my bank. ⚠️⚠️

Absolute scam!! Do not fall for it. Ordered a wiggle bike and was sent an empty envelope! Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering!

Please avoid they have stolen my money! I ordered 2 kids bikes. They sent out a teddy bear sponge. They won’t give me a refund and ignoring my emails. Don’t fall for this scam. Just wish I would have looked into this company before I ordered from them.

Absolute Scam company. Ordered £31.95 item sent me a sponge, unable to make contact not replying to any correspondence. Do not use these scammers, stay away.

If this is the same as uptrend-uk or uptrend-netherlands it is 100% fraudulent. I ordered a product, payed it and received a worhless bracelet

Scammers, don't let them manipulate you! They have no heart and will take all you have.
I should of been smarter, online, no phone number to call...

Uptrend stole six figures from me.
After negotiations, I was Given back HALF of what I had In my account. I was Told I could Withdraw from the account in a few months. Since then I built My account into 7 figures… now that the time has come around to be able to withdraw the money they are giving me a hard time. This is theft and it will be going to higher powers.

I submitted a negative review approximately 6 weeks ago. This company contacted me and PROMISED to resolve my issues with written commitments. After accepting this as a reasonable way to make things right, Uptrend unilaterally and capriciously changed the details of the agreement they signed which subsequently caused my account of ($400kUSD) to close out in front of my eyes while I was helpless to stop the damage.
The following is a copy of an email I received from the account manager. I had pleaded with this fellow for several days to communicate with me because he had completely 'ghosted' my efforts to reach him. Please read how his action was vindictive and damaging to me.

The email reads: "I am up to my neck at the moment due to a trading glitch.

I am not your wife that you can constantly harass with questions and changing conditions on account, you have traded over 90 000 trades and had multiple stop out. I cannot always reply the entire time at your whim. As you have the bonus contract to hand and always refer to it, it also states the company can change the terms of the bonus agreement.
Uptrend will be using our right that you need to fulfil your volume obligations on a standard VIP PRO account and it will remain so until your volume target is reached and will than once again be fully liquid.

> I do not have time for the constant time required for you xxxx, sorry I have a workload to try maintain.
I will be moving your account to a dormant account executive profile."

Moving my account to a 'dormant' status meant that my NG trades went from a .02 spread to a .40 spread. I made a trade in NG on 09-25 (before I even received this malicious email which arrived on 09-26) and saw that I was losing $40k the moment the position opened. I tried to communicate with Uptrend since 09-23 and have received ZERO communication except for the mean spirited email I have attached to this review.
I am not alone. A dear friend of mine has lost over $140k and has also been ghosted.
Another friend has lost approximately $60k without contracts being honored.
Another friend has lost $30k without communication or explanation as to why the Uptrend platform continues to fail, 'suspend' trading on instruments for days or weeks at a time and refuses to explain how unjustified losses will be compensated for.
My own sister has lost $45k without any explanation as to why losses are incurred while the trader is helplessly riding a roller coaster that neither the platform nor the account manager will address.

I will continue to update this review with documented communication and contracts proving my claims.

Uptrend is offshore and ANY and ALL clients will be subjected to the international criminal activities of Uptrend and will helpless to recover their investment.
