Uptrend Ecom, AI Direct does not follow through

They sell Etsy Store ecommerce management services. For $25K, they build and manage an etsy store, and possibly TikTok and Facebook as well. Their adds and everything about them sells you on them building a 6 figure Etsy ecommerce store. It's been 1.5 years and they have generated a total of 53 sales on my Etsy shop. They have burned multiple tiktok and facebook accounts, and their employee stole another $7,000 from me through TikTok. They did start to build out an Amazon store that was doing well for a few months, until it got deactivated in Sept. That's when I realized how little they were doing on the other stores. I asked for updates once every other week, then every week, and they would string me along with one answer and then another and nothing changed. I asked for a refund in December. I continued trying to get information, and they would give me a little and string me along further and further and I would say to give it another shot, and then NOTHING for another 2-3 weeks until I asked for a refund again, and then the same rigmarole. They supposed have hundreds of clients. so at $25,000K times 200, that a 5 million worth of fraud. They keep saying that upper management and the owners are now involved trying to get this all fixed, and that's not happening. There was a zoom call set up today that they didn't show for. I am done with them lying to me. Please help me get my $25K back
