We had our windows done in 2020 which cost £4000approx. They started peeling shortly after and I have been trying to get in touch with this company since October 2020, to be told they were doing no more work until February 2021 but a case was to be opened....I'm still waiting and very angry

They lie - the guarantee is useless - they promised me they would fix the remedial work - but didn’t turn up ! Customer Service don’t make me laugh ! This company used to trade a upvc renovations - now xterior group Uk ! Please be aware and don’t take a chance on this company !

I originally provided a really good review for this company. However, I started to notice flaking and peeling on my UPVC. so I called them and after a few months they came out to respray. almost immediately after that it peeled and flakes again. admittedly, we went in to lockdown after that so I wasn't expecting anyone to come out to do it but I would have expected replies to my emails. I was eventually contacted in November 2020 (12 months after my original spray) to say they were shutting for winter and someone would contact me when the weather was more appropriate for this kind of work. Still waiting for a call and it is now April and glorious sunshine!!!! I have emailed them asking for a refund as their product does not meet the guarantees advertised on their website. I loved my dark grey window frames when I had them done but now I hate them. I have spoken to other UPVC spraying companies and they say that this type of outcome is due to poor preparation and using cheap products.
if I could rewind time I wouldn't use this company and maybe I would have just saved for a bit longer and purchased new windows in the colour I wanted.

Just to update everyone we have been told that this company is now trading under a new name!!!
SHOCKING to know people can get away with this, and if you look on Companies House you will see they have also traded under several different names over recent years.
These people are Rogue Traders and the owner cannot be trusted.
We spent £4,500 on a job that can only be described as a complete disaster from start to finish, and our house was a complete mess.
Plus there was substantial damage done to our much loved home.
We have taken Legal action and will continue to do all we can to make sure these guys get NAMED & SHAMED.
As you will see from the other reviews on Trustpilot we are not alone as many more people have had similar issues.
We have endured months of stress and upset and do not want anyone else to go through the same.
Tried to do a Zero rating but wouldn't accept it 🤔 BUT ZERO it definitely is.
UPDATE !!!
Since posting this review we have had to have all new windows and new front and back doors to our property AND our garage is in the process of having a re spray.
PLUS we have had the expense of having a new Consevatory roof installed due to damage occurred.
As you can imagine this has cost us a tremendous amount of money which can never be replaced 😥

On the 21st January Mike writes an excellent review saying he has just had his kitchen sprayed 🤔 very strange as we have been trying to get hold of this company to return our deposit for months and months! And their response to others is that they are currently not working and have furloughed staff! So rather confused guys. Are you working or are you not? Not withstanding that we didn’t receive any email to advise us that you were closing due to the restrictions, actually it was to the contrary, we received an email on 7th January 2021 stating that the accounts team and the rest of the staff would be back on the 14th Jan! I think you are making it up as you go along! But look forward to hearing from you and receiving a full refund when you make your mind up as to which it is

Do not under any circumstances engage with this company to undertake any work of any nature. Like many other commentators on here , we are still waiting return of our deposit for work not completed. We receive no response to our emails and they have removed their Facebook and Instagram Account - no one answers the various phone numbers (that’s if they are in use at all !) I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before liquidation or bankruptcy occurs. Be warned and do not hand over one penny to this rip off company.

No replies from them whatsoever they will not refund anything in my opinion

Our experience can only be described as SHOCKING & UNACCEPTABLE.
Paid in full £4,500 for a full house spray last year and our much loved home of 37 years has been left in an absolute mess. From the moment our project was started in September we have been put under immense stress, due to the HORRENDOUS timescale and the BAD workmanship. The owner of the company who's name is Chris cannot be trusted so please DO NOT be fooled by his lies. We have requested through several emails a full refund due to the shocking workmanship and the damages caused to our property BUT have still not received a reply.
We have also been in contact with several other customers who are having similar issues, and also know of previous employees who have not be paid for their time working for this company.
We are in the process of taking legal action and reading the previous posts we are not alone, so let's hope this company gets named and shamed.

Stay clear of this company. They are disgraceful and cannot be trusted.

We chose to ask this company for a quote for our kitchen spraying as the reviews they had at the time were quite good. We agreed to a price in November and paid the full bill of £1000, we have had little communication from this company since. They have failed to turn up 3 times, the first time Monday 5th January 2021 they emailed us on Sunday 4th at 5pm explaining they couldn’t get the paint as their suppliers had not opened after Christmas due to COVID, but said they will come the following Monday 11th January 2021, however we again received and email on Sunday 10th January 2021 in the evening with the same excuse. We could not get through to the company to discuss this as they were not returning emails or answering phone calls, I then contacted the sales person who gave us the quote in November who explained this company has not paid him and many other employees and are having major financial difficulties. We then requested a refund that they declined to process as we were out of our 14 day cooling off period. I explained that they were in breach of our contract and we were concerned about there financial problems however they asked if they could arrange an alternative date. We agreed to 15 February 2021 as we still want this work completing and felt we had little chance of getting money back from them. Yet again they have not turned up and this time we have had no correspondence at all. We have now began the process of claiming our money back through the County Court Money Claims service. Recent reviews show there are a number of customers in the same situation and a number of employees that have not been paid. How this company can do this to honest hard working people is appalling.

We read all previous reviews when we decided to get our kitchen sprayed as they were very positive at the time. Unfortunately we could not get hold of them over the Christmas period after paying a deposit and when eventually we did get a phone call from someone I asked for colour samples and received a paint chart from paint shop. I then could not get hold of them again to book a date and sent several emails and left several messages to no avail. We have now cancelled our job and asked for refund of deposit as the reviews of late on here are awful but have been told we are not entitled to refund as out of cancellation period. I find this a bit rich seeing as the phone line on website was not working all over Christmas until 11 January and then we could not contact as no one bothered to reply to messages or emails.

Not a good experience from our point of view.

I wouldn’t even give 1star rating as this company is a fraud and a cheat takes our money jobs not done proper and when you ring them they don’t reply and answer the phone calls

Messages they don’t respond the whole kitchen is in a mess where the paint is cracking and paint coming off they’ve damaged my kitchen do not give any money and get done they not as professional as they tell you absolute fraud

Avoid at all costs.....Since my last review I have had several other customers contact me in the same position who are taking legal action against this company. I have had communication from ex employees who told me they were treated appallingly and didn't get paid therefore left the company. I still can't get anyone to contact me to get my deposit back, no one answers the phone or responds to emails. I have no choice now but to go through small claims ourt as they have breached their contract with me and effectively stolen money from me, this has been really stressful, and there are other customers who are struggling to get thousands back 😡

We are absolutely made up with the UPVC spray job done on our conservatory and internal doors by UPVC Renovations. It has restored and modernised it all for a tiny fraction of the cost replacing it.

We dealt with Dave from sales and Amie from customer service ( for booking us in) and both were exemplary, always on hand to help. The guys who came round were friendly, polite and professional and worked hard to get the job done!

Thanks again to UPVC renovations for transforming the look of our conservatory.

Kitchen Spray
Just had my kitchen sprayed and it looks great. Three lovely lads who I was very comfortable to leave in my house and they worked non stop.
I’m seriously considering having the windows sprayed now!
You wouldn’t think it was the same kitchen. It’s looks so modern without the expense of having a new kitchen.

Appalling! Like others I am also waiting for a refund and this issue has gone on for months. Twice customer services (surely in name only) and then Cris De Sousa also twice told me the refund was to be paid, still waiting! Dreadful way to treat people, causing undue stress and anxiety. Be very wary of this outfit, look elsewhere and don’t part with any money! Absolutely appalling!!! To add, their website telephone number is no longer recognised and zero response to many emails sent asking for updates!!

with such terrible LIES about myself and my husband and we are taking things further having sought Legal advice.
Not only have you taken £4,500 payment off us for a job that is STILL incomplete, left looking a MESS as paint is coming off EVERYWHERE there has also been substantial DAMAGE to our property which you have not even had the decency to acknowledge and have NOT replied to our last few emails. Your aftercare service has been absolutely SHOCKING, you had no intention on rectifying anything as you postponed our Remedial work several times until the weather was against us and then used this as an excuse NOT to come back until next year. Heartbroken is an understatement as our much loved home has been left in a mess and we have suffered months of stress and anxiety which unfortunately is still ongoing.
We have requested a full refund and money to rectify all the damage to our property BUT still no response or a reply from this company.
STILL NO RESPONSE and todays date is 9th Jan 2021.

They amazingly then found the payment but 2 weeks later still waiting for my money and they won’t return my calls or answer my emails

Excellent job thank you. I was so worried the colour wouldn't match what we had but it does and I'm so pleased thank you. Very tidy job, everything cleared and taken away for us pleasant workmen too.
