the customer service is awful. I have tried Dm, email and even commenting on their posts only for them to be deleted so no one else sees! I haven’t received my order and it has been ages, and over the due date. Do not order from here.

Great customer service when it comes to getting updates on the parcel, not so much when you return it. I have sent multiple very polite emails requesting an update if it had got back to them and where my requested refund was and nothing! It's been over a month and still no reply or sign of a refund!!

This was my first time, buying online clothes. And it was a great experienced i had with URBANGAP. Due to pandemic situation, we all know that shipping was slowing down but then my item arrived on time, I also contacted Faith for my return issue and she was very polite and easy to deal with. Probably, this will not be my last.. Thank you Urbangap.

Horrendous customer service and an 8 WEEK expected delivery time. Just ridiculous. The tracking shows the clothing’s journey from China and all the customs it went through. I was under the impression I was buying from a relatively local warehouse.

The customer experience was terrible and their set up felt very unprofessional.

It took me weeks and many messages to receive refunds for two dresses which I purchased and decided I didn't want to keep as they didn't suit me. I sent them back as soon as I could. It was only once I sent PDF files confirming my orders and followed up that I received my final refund. No apology so far or even further correspondance. I will not be purchasing from them again.

These are just marked up Ali Express / Shein clothes that they see their labels into. The quality is absolutely no different and the tracking number that I finally received after waiting a month took me to an “Ali Express Shipping Company”. If you’re just going to receive the same unethically made low quality clothes you may as well order from shein and at least have fast shipping and lower prices.

I have been asking for a refund for longer than two months on an order that I placed back in November 2020. I still don't have my item nor a refund. Their policy states that after the parcel is in transit for over 90 days, I am entitled to a refund. I don't have my item nor my money, this is called theft. Also customer service is absolutely atrocious as they never respond to my e-mails. This "brand" is so pathetic they will hold onto your money at all costs, do NOT purchase from them. Their production methods also seem very unethical. Spend your money somewhere else.

I bought 2 jumpers. Only one has been arrived. The other one is missing. It has been nearly 2 months already and got the reply for further enquiry process and no update since then. Terrible service

The customer service is atrocious!!! I was charged an extra $10 then what was displayed at my final checkout and I have the statement in my bank to prove it. When I reached out to customer service; not only did it take days to get a response, but I was simply told “no, we only charged you $23.” There was no action taken to get to the bottom of the problem and I was completely dismissed. As a response, I sent a screenshot of my transaction with the charge of $33. I will dispute this charge with my bank if they do not step up and fix the problem.

So I checked the Yelp reviews and decided to order four items from urban gap, three of which I have had to return. You’re probably better off ordering from somewhere like primark as the fabric was very veeeery flimsy and the items were low quality - definitely don’t think the quality is worth the price. It’s clear half the items are made in China and shipped out to some warehouse where they add “urban gap” tags hence why the sizing was also off for some of the items. Worst part of it all? I applied for a refund two months ago, sent all the items, and only received a refund for one item and have heard nothing back about the other three items. Emailed the service centre countless times only to get no reply, this first time they did reply was when I received the first refund! Pretty sure I wouldn’t have got anything back had I not emailed but I’m still waiting for my money back - oh guaranteed free returns but again I haven’t received my shipping fee back. It’s ridiculous, so please don’t be fooled!

Not a good experience with this company. All the clothes come from China and are very cheaply made, literally not even primark standard. I had to wait 20 days for my order and it was completely wrong. They said I could return it if I wanted a refund (during the middle of a lockdown), they didn't offer to send the correct order out and were very uncooperative to the point where I may have to put a PayPal case in.

They could be a good company if they put any effort into the customer service and quality of production. Although they seem much more focused on building up an Instagram following than actually running a business and wanting repeat customers.

For a company that comes across well on social media, its ethics are pretty poor.

It appears as though my last review was deleted. I am not surprised that it was as this brand is notorious for lying to their customers. They make you believe that the items come from the UK when you will be waiting for three months for your item to come from China. I also haven't received my package that I ordered in November, 2020. Frankly, I don't even want it anymore but I was denied a refund. Such a scam, it is truly unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and purchase that trendy sweater vest from a different store.

will not be ordering off here again as i orderd my package at the start of November and it is now January and it still has not arrived and it said it would have taken 18 days I have emailed them three times and I keep getting the same reply back just with a different due date for my package to arrive this is a disgrace

Also, fabric is polyester and cheap, and made in China, so I'm assuming it isn't made ethically, which is something I despise. I always try to shop ethically.
Customer service was nice though.

My order arrived quite quickly, noticing there are delays at many shipping companies. Such cute and amazing quality clothes. Their shopping app and website are easy to navigate, I would recommend everyone buying from here.

It’s been 5 weeks since I placed my order and nothing has arrived yet although the website states shipping takes max 18 days. By the time I get my item it’ll be too warm to wear it. There’s also nothing on the website before ordering to tell you you’re actually ordering from China and you may as well order from Shein - far cheaper and quicker shipping.

I was worried about my order not being here for Christmas so I contacted the customer service and they were really polite with fast replies, my order finally turned up before expected (despite trucker hold-ups at the border due to Brexit and delays due to the new virus) thank you Faith for your help, the clothes are well done and my sister is happy with her present.

Ordered from Urban Gap on the 8th of December and received my order on the 21st. Despite of pandemic situation, shipping times was consistent so I was surprised when I received my order yesterday morning. Clothes were really good quality. Definitely worth every cents, still can’t believe how affordable it actually is considering the quality of the clothing is very good. Will definitely be buying again... my new favourite source of OOTD ♥️♥️♥️..

Terrible delivery. Told me it would be 18 days delivery maximum and it took over a month, they got my sizing wrong and they buy from wholesales in China and add their label. Way overpriced considering SHEIN etc is quicker delivery, much cheaper and the exact same product. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
