My order arrived just over a week after ordering and I love every item! Everything is beautiful in person as in pictures, great quality too! Honestly don’t understand why this store has any negative reviews, they also sent me all the information about my order and updates by email, I contacted the customer service and Kate provided and excellent service.

I have a lot of issues with this brand but to start with I'll say the clothes I received were nice and I'll definitely enjoy wearing them so if that's all you're concerned about I'd reccomend them. However I dont like that the brand poses as an original, independent brand when in fact they buy they're clothes from a wholesaler in China and put their label on it. The truth is they are no different to other stores e.g. shein except they charge much more for the items my order took about a month to arrive - at least they arrived. The clothes actually feel very cheap I ordered an oversized shirt and the material feels almost plastic I got my items in a sale but had I paid the original amount for this I would have been very pissed off. As well as this one of the button holes on the shirt weren't finished so I had to get my seam ripper out and do it myself obviously this is not that much hassle but I expect a finished garment when I pay for something this also only further exacerbated the fact that these clothes are produced on mass. Personally I think the brand is unethical and you can find better places to buy your clothes.

I am really happy with my purchase, the green velvet dress exceeded my expectations, my order arrived on the estimated delivery time to UK. I had to return a sweater as it didn’t fit and it was easy and fast to do on their return center.

I ordered a package in mid-september and it said it was supposed to come in mid-october. It’s now mid-november at my package has not arrived yet.

They are 100% legitimate and I’m very happy with the service I received, I spoke to Faith, regarding my return request as one jacket didn’t suit me and she did a wonderful job. The rest of the clothes suits me perfectly and I love them! Definitely I’ll buy again at Urban Gap

I love my product I ordered, it fits wonderfully and washes easily! The product arrived in about 2 weeks, I knew that all brands were taking more precautions because of COVID-19 and I really appreciate Urban Gap are doing the same. They even specify that they are taking precautions hence the shipping of products will take longer. Overall I was really happy with my knit vest, I had many lovely compliments and shall certainly be purchasing other products from Urban Gap! :)

Happy with my clothes when they arrived. Kate on the customer service team was so nice and helpful and resolved a problem I was having almost immediately, and outside of normal office hours too!

I have spent about £300 in 2 orders and I only had a small issue with one tracking number and it was quickly resolved by Faith, the shipping company changed the tracking number and she gave me the new one straight away, I am really happy with the customer service and I'm delighted with the quality of the clothes, one of the best stores by far!

Really really bad. Despite shipping stated to be 10 days I have been waiting over a month without a response through email. I have disputed over PayPal and they haven't even bothered to respond on there either.

The items come from china, so they're definitely just exploiting some sweatshop workers and selling their products for triple the price. Really really awful - would not recommend.

very slow shipping, i ordered 23 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived, i looked at the tracking and it is estimating another 10 days... i will update if it ever arrives on quality... but i am not very happy!

I ordered the 4th of September and was supposed to receive it within 8- 12 days. I was given no tracking number and messaged them on instagram dm. No reply. Others have experienced this as well.
Also when I sent an email from their contact us section, I did receive an email the same day fortunately. But, I was told my order was fraudulent! This is false, as all my details were correct as the money was taken out of my bank account. I feel this is an excuse as this order has taken too long to deliver and had no updates at all.I still haven't received my order as they said they would refund it. But I would prefer if they asked for what I wanted before immediately making a decision. Very poor customer service and I am not pleased, won't be shopping here again and I know others won't either.
