Easy ordering, quick and efficient turn around and delivery and great jackets for the money!

Ordered an item in green, sent it in blue. The invoice with it stated green. I hate the blue, and don't want it. Emailed twice asking for the product I ordered to be sent in the correct colour - they have not bothered to even reply to the email. Terrible customer service. I have paid for delivery for something I don't want and will have to pay again to send it back - why should I have to and none of it is my fault

Coat had buttons missing and the little metal thing on the end of ties are missing,bought one last year aswell and was buttons missing of that, won’t be using this site again and would recommend you check coat before you post out

Great “no hassle “ ordering, secure payment and prompt delivery. I think this was my third time buying from urban mist, I love hats and scarves, as does my daughter-in-law, any I have bought her or received as presents have been of a very high quality, I’m still wearing a hat I bought almost 3 yrs ago, my favourite is the sloughy diamanté style, this one I bought as a present, I’m tempted to order it for myself, love it.

I’m really happy with quality, just made mistake by ordering wrong coat size. Definitely going to re-order. Refund has been made in no time. Thank you so much. Really recommend!

Love my collar scarf, it arrived well packed and promptly.

Loose stars because: Given the fact that the website was so confusing that I had to call... the pictures didn't correspond with the actual products that were available.
Gain stars: Then once on the WA (amazing being able to WA a provider!) it was all much easier but I wonder how many sales are being lost because the website doesn't really show accurately.

After paying for next day delivery which is £6.99 i had text messages from courier to say it was being delivered that next day in fact I actually waited 3 days after emailing the company to say I wanted my money back for the next day delivery Charge which I never received a email or no correspondence from the company.

My order arrived but it was not the combination of colour I wanted but I kept the order as I could not be bothered to send it back etc. Customer services where very efficient replying instantly to my queries (I had a problem tracking the parcel and then with the item when it arrived) and keeping in touch with me.

Really beautiful quality on all the items I ordered. Bought the off the shoulder coral ruffle top and it weighs a ton which is so much better than all the flimsy light clothes I’ve got elsewhere. Can’t wait to wear it on my holiday and definitely will be using this shop again 😁
