The final result exceeded my expectations with the service provided by the design team exceptional.
I received regular up dates throughout the process, and the team were always friendly and welcoming with any questions I had. In my experience i would not go anywhere else, the after sale service is absolutely outstanding.

I had an Urban Myth Kitchen fitted 6 years ago, and it is an absolutely lovely kitchen. Through the wear and tear of children my kitchen plinths had become scuffed and chipped and needed replacing. I contacted Urban Myth, and to say they were helpful would be an understatement. The company is a class act from start to finish, and I honestly could not speak more highly about them. The professionalism and speed with which my problem was dealt with was brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, you know you are in safe hands.
I don't usually waste my time with writing reviews, but I felt that I had to in this instance, as I have been so impressed.

We bought our kitchen with Urban Myth a few years ago. It was a fantastic service from start to finish. We recently had an issue with a jammed door and they were kind enough to come out free of charge to resolve this. Would highly recommend using them.

We recently had our kitchen and bedroom supplied and fitted by Urban Myth and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional.

The kitchen is now the heart of our home—modern, functional, and beautifully designed. The layout was thoughtfully planned to maximize space, and the high-quality finishes give it a sleek and stylish look. Every drawer, cabinet, and appliance is perfectly placed for convenience and ease of use and we were guided by the experience of the Urban Myth team throughout the process.

We are equally happy with our new fitted bedroom. The custom wardrobes provide ample storage while maintaining a clean and elegant look, and the attention to detail in the design is noticeable. The team fit a lovely dressing table and drawer unit under our bay window - no mean feat in a wonky house! We didn’t really know what we wanted initially but with the help of the team, our new bedroom is unrecognizable from the original.

The installation teams were punctual, respectful, and kept everything tidy throughout the installation. Their craftsmanship and dedication to quality shone through in their work and is demonstrated in the final product.

We highly recommend Urban Myth to anyone looking to transform their home as they take you through the whole process from concept design to completion. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

A kitchen is a big investment of time and money. We needed a company focusing on quality. Luckily we found Urban Myth. We were impressed and had full confidence in the whole process, from design to final installation. They provide a project manager to ensure the whole process goes well. This was very useful as we also had prep work done by our own builder. The installation team were fully focused on a quality job and nothing was too much trouble. Problems did occur on the way but the project manager and team were always there to remedy any issues. We love our new kitchen and the company and staff that helped us achieve it. Thanks Urban Myth.

Amazing service from Urban Myth team. Enquired about my hob I had broken in a kitchen they fitted 4 years ago. They managed to source the same hob and fit it within two days. Highly recommend

Our 15 yr old kitchen by Urban Myth still gets a wow by visitors … unfortunately our hob needed replacing & we decided to change the extractor.. everything was in stock & within 3 days we were sorted. So happy with the service..highly recommend.

The whole process from beginning to end was just right. They listened to us and developed the design accordingly, adding value at every step. The installation was perfect too, and the schedule was met.

Urban Myth were very helpful with the initial designs and offered good advice on the layouts. We already had a good idea of what we wanted and they stuck to the brief. The installation team were excellent. We were on a tight timeline to get our kitchen installed before Christmas. The main challenge was getting the worksurface templated and installed which they managed to do.
I would not hesitate to recommend, Peter, Tom and the team at Urban Myth.

Recently we had a small chip on one of our drawers. Urban Myth arranged for the exact paint to be shipped from the Italian manufacturers! Yet another 5 star review from very satisfied customers!

I am delighted with my new kitchen. The team at Urban Myth are outstanding. From the initial conversation with Peter and Marzena, through to the design and then completion- every single member of the team went above and beyond. Marzena’s advice and support was first class. I couldn’t have done it without her knowledge and expertise.
Lee’s project management was exceptional - even replied late at night to my questions- and made frequent visits to the property to check things and liaise with the builders, plumbers etc. The fitters were perfectionists, polite and easy to have around. Tom has been brilliant in communicating and keeping on top of things. I had assumed outstanding service like this no longer existed but I’m delighted I was proved wrong!

Urban Myth recently installed a new kitchen. From the outset their attention to detail, attitude and approach was terrific with the resulting kitchen being superb. The after sales help including registering all product guarantees is helpful and every email is answered quickly and positively. We would definitely recommend this company.

I am an interior designer based in North London and have worked with Urban Myth on many client projects. We have recently completed a new kitchen in Highbury- and the client is thrilled. Peter, Lee and the team are incredibly skilled at what they do, and aside from offering a wonderful product they guide you with competence through the whole process. From design to completion, the service and can do attitude I cannot fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Urban Myth and will be back soon!

We were most impressed by the quality of materials, time planning, management and service supplied, the only reason that this is not a five star review is that we would have expected a site visit from the Project Manager or one of the management team on completion to ensure we the customers were totally satisfied.

Truly a gem amongst kitchen companies. Just finishing major rebuild and have to say it was design for Bar Kichen And Utility room drawn up by Marzena that kept me going . Lee project Manager brilliant kept us fully informed. Adam who fitted kitchen was amazing . Tom at Head office really easy to deal with and thank you to Sonal who was dealing with utility room . I am quick to moan and point out shortfalls with companies as sadly service is getting to be a forgotten thing . Everyone we had dealings with at Urban Myth have been with the company for many many years which I think is the best recommendation ever

I had a few small faults which I feel was acceptable after over 4 years of usage. An appointment was made and the young chap who came to do the repairs went above and beyond my expectations. Very thorough, professional and polite. Also very tidy with great attention to detail.
