Over a month late for delivery

Over a month late for delivery, advised sent and no tracking update, never said out of stock on website when ordered, nobody answering and ignoring me when I am asking for an update. Bad customer service. Still no items.

Honestly I would give this company no stars if possible.. ordered in March time emailed time and time again with no response but still post on social media. For a a family company they should be ashamed avoided at all cost.. still no order received but still took my money scam!!!!

I have bought from this company…

I have bought from this company multiple times before Christmas and always had a pretty decent experience, but it seems something changed around January (which seems to coincide with the massive dip in review scores on here).

Anyway, I ordered some of their leggings around Christmas and they are really nice, but one pair has split already. Now I know leggings can do this but it was after only 3 wears! Which to me is worse than even cheapy cheap £5 leggings. I emailed hoping they'd help given the many orders I'd placed previously and the fact they were only worn three times. No response after a week and reading the recent reviews I'm not holding out hope. I will stop shopping here from now on, which is a shame.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Ordered 2 Items in January and received a double order(was charged twice) so asked for returns address to send items back they were returned the 28th January Ive sent loads of emails looking my refund if £52 but only got one front back in February saying sori for delay of return this will be issued straightaway but still absolutely nothing and now they have ignored my emails from then absolutely nothing
They might as well be robbers £52 is alot
I've now had to put dispute into my bank to get this bank absolute disgrace to have to go threw this dont own a business if you can't keep up with issues and refunds

absolutely hopeless

Absolutely hopeless tracking number stayed at the same for over two weeks, various emails not responded to, so I took action with my bank. I got my money back, and another week later my order appeared but they were very quick to appeal to the bank!!! Just a bit of communication to your customers would be nice!

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful, don’t waste your money. Ordered well over 3 weeks ago now, they never reply to emails or Instagram messages or comments. Finally had a generic email to say my order’s being shipped over a week ago with a tracking number (more than 2 weeks after ordering) checked today one week later and it still says Royal Mail are expecting the package… still no response from them.

Do not order from them as they are quick to take your payment and not deliver the goods! it seems like this is happening to a lot of people!!

Takes weeks to recieve!!!

Well i wish id seen these reviews before i bought items! They take forever to send items out and dont get back to your emails even tho they state they get back to you within 48 hours! It a shambles of a company!! You get quicker delivery from china!!

AVOID

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t.
Order placed on 14th March, Royal Mail tracking number received a few days later. Still no order and Royal Mail still waiting to receive the parcel.
I’ve emailed the ‘non helpful’ email a number of times to no response. I’ve also sent a message on Instagram, you’ve got it, no response.
I’m giving them a few days to reply and if nothing I will start a dispute via my credit card.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, looks like they have some lovely clothes but getting them is like finding a unicorn 🦄

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and after a week or so of not receiving anything I contacted the company to which I was ignored. I then messaged them on Instagram because they seem to be active all the time and I had an message back stating one of my items wasn't in stock but it would be dispatched within 2 days. A few days after I received an email to say It had been dispatched with royal mail 48 tracked, waited another week and again nothing! Royal mail have said they are still waiting for the items. I've contacted the company and again been ignored. There customer service is shocking! And it's ashame because they sell some lovely things but you can't take people's money and not send them their items!!!!

Absolute scammers ...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are only getting 1 star because i can't give zero.i ordered something from them as a gift. I have yet to receive the item and I've sent 2 emails with no response. Shopify are also no use as they just pass the buck even though they take the funds for them on their behalf.

Customer service is VILE

Customer service is VILE! Spent £60 on a lounge suit for it to look threadbare and bobbled after 3 times of wearing it! I emailed 4 weeks later with no reply. I had to reply to an instrgram post to get an answer, this would have been 8 weeks after purchase to be told "I had the product for a few months so I wasn't entitled to a refund" I was offered £20 or 20% back!! I am still waiting. The quality of clothes and customer service from this site is unprofessional, shocking and downright rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE. I will never use them again!

Awful experience
Ordered two items at the beginning of February and twelve days later no delivery. The tracking number provided linked to Royal Mail but said waiting to receive. I emailed the two addresses for the company and messaged on FB. Finally had a reply to say the package had been lost in transit. A replacent was sent and arrived three days later, but was missing one item. Again I emailed, and had a reply to say the other item was out of stock and a refund would be issued. It's not a surprise that the refund has not arrived, so I will be contacting my bank.
After reading other reviews it seems many customers have had a missing item. Draw your own conclusions!

From SHOCKING to lack of customer service

Gone from SHOCKING! To lack of customer service.. my previous experience is below however the goods have turned up today and they are really nice.. shame they can’t get the customer service right. I really want to order more but the experience hasn’t been good

They do not send the goods or reply. I purchased 2 items back in February and they have never arrived. I have emailed, messaged and posted on their Facebook page but still nothing. I had one email saying that there had been an issue as it wasn’t in stock but is now and would be delivered by X date.. guess what never arrived. The woman has the cheek to post on her business page about taking her children out on other people’s money

I now have to go through my bank to get a refund and then she who owns the company had the cheek to post a video on a day out with her kids at sea world on people's money that they stole!
