I chose Terry as my broker 2 years ago, unfortunately I did not move forward with the purchase but he provided such an amazing service!

Michelle, Rebecca, Jackie & Terry have all been very helpful in getting us to our Mortgage Offer stage! No question was ever too silly and everything was explained. Rebecca was amazing at getting back to us straight away, would recommend to anyone (but especially first time buyers) to use this service as i felt extremely at ease and in safe hands with them!

Terry!! Amazing service & always there to help. We got our offer then had to change and Terry worked so quickly to get this amended for us! Jackie is also so helpful & very attentive! Highly recommend!

I've known Becky for a long time, it was only by chance via a mutual friend, some years ago, that I found out she is a mortgage advisor. Second time round using Becky to assist with my remortgage, and she's come up trump's once again. Considering everything that is going on with interest rates at the moment Becky found me a great deal, from start to finish the whole process has been plain sailing. Her communication and the service provide throughout the transition, just like the first time round, amazing. Michelle goes the extra mile in that you feel she cares about your needs. This inspires deserved confidence in her expertise. I wouldn’t use anyone else if I need mortgage advice in the future.

We used Urbansticks after a recommended from my partners sister and have been very happy with them. My partner and I have been looking at shared ownership properties and Michelle has been fantastic in answering any questions and soothing any fears that we have had throughout the process. Where do I begin!? Terry Hyett at Urban Sticks was absolutely amazing and made an incredibly stressful moving process feel like a breeze every time we spoke. He wasn’t just our mortgage broker but was also such a great help in many other aspects of our move. The customer care was 11/10. The knowledge he has is amazing, he is definitely the best of the best!

Firstly, I would like to start by saying that Michelle was an absolute god send. I had no idea what I was doing as I was taking a mortgage out on my own for the first time. Michelle answered all of my questions and responded promptly ... no matter what time of day it was. I was really anxious around the whole process but Michelle constantly reassured me and went over and above to get me the best deal she possibly could. Honestly can't speak highly enough about the service Michelle provided, she made a highly stressful situation so much easier. Also need to mention the service that I received from Jackie following my mortgage offer, Jackie maintained regular contact with the solicitor and ensured I was updated regularly right through until completion. Honestly can't thank you both enough - your the dream team!!!!

I can’t thank Michelle and Jackie enough for helping me and my husband purchase our first home. They both go above and beyond to ensure the journey is as smooth as possible. From reassurance, updates (even out of hours), chasing etc they did it all. I didn’t think we would stand a chance getting a mortgage due to bad credit but they both made it happen.
