I would highly recommend Urban Sticks. Terry & Jackie are absolutely brilliant. They were both fantastic, friendly, very helpful with any questions we had for them. Not only would they update us within working hours, they took the effort to update us on weekends and evenings. We could not thank them enough!!

These guys know what they're doing
Fantastic, efficient service. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, who always made everything clear. Excellent communication, even during out of hours. We now have a great first mortgage with no stress at all. Huge thanks to Terry and Jackie at Urban Sticks.

Reliable, trustworthy company with very personable staff
I've had a very difficult experience buying a flat and Terry and the team at UrbanSticks have been the only straight forward and easy part of the entire transaction. It's been so reassuring knowing that despite the other glitches the mortgage was under control and nothing for me to be concerned about, despite having to change properties multiple times. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Could not have asked for a better…

Brilliant Customer Service
We have recently used Urban Sticks as brokers for our Mortgage application. The whole process took just under 2 weeks and they really put us at ease during this experience. Email responses were always prompt and personable even on weekends. I would highly recommend Urban Sticks to anyone and would use their services again if needed!
