I bought Office 365 and it said the code had already been used. When I tried to contact customer service through their live chat, I was told to wait 12 hours, and I have not gotten a response since. I had no choice but to email a email address that they dropped on this forum, but i doubt I will get a response.

Keys Don't Even Activate. Customer Service bot says its not activating because I am not connected to internet. But I am chatting with these guys via the internet. There are better options, these guys are complete scammers.

I bought a code for Ms Office professional 2013 and it did not work on Microsoft's site to download ISO. I emailed urcdkey and have had no response. Tried their online chat over a few days and it never connected me to anyone. Seems fraudulent.

EDIT: Just like the hundreds of reviews below, you'll receive a response and email from gvgmall (or anyone other than Urcdkeys) asking you to download ISO file from a link they email. Alarm bells!!! The ISO needs to be downloaded direct from the OEM (Microsoft in my case). A definite phishing scam.

I put the code in for windows 10 pro and it just said it doesn't work. I went through a hassle just to get the code and it comes up with a saying that it doesn't work...

Hi, i just purchased a Windows 10 Pro Key a couple of hours ago, and the license key i got doesn't work. It says it already have been redeemed. Could i just please get a refund. Thanks.

This company is a total SCAM!!!!! DO NOT USE urcdkeys.com!!!!! They sell you a fake key that does not work and will not refund your money. I have the screenshots of how poorly they do business and proof they are a SCAM company.

EDIT: they sent me a new acc just a day after posting this review, can't say my confidence has returned but I won't hesitate that much when I purchase from them again

I purchased 1 win10 pro oem key and 1 office 365 for 5 devices acc.

The win10 key was good but I had severe problem with the office 365 (Which I paid 27.24)

I changed password of said account and made sure I have a copy of both old and new password of said account.

But now I couldnt log in the account, I was only able to log in once and now my own password does not work.

Only used the acc for one device and problem only occured when I tried to log it in on my other devices.

I can't change the password again since microsoft says that I need to contact the admin of the acc.

I need support for this order or just refund me the initial 27.24usd I paid. I have no complaints on the win10 pro key I ordered.

They sold me a key that doesn't work. Shame on me, too good to be true, etc etc. I did try to challenge their customer service (chatbot), but they told me I need to re-install windows. I asked why, and they said because if a key is activated successfully, it cannot be used again. That was their answer. Makes no sense? You are correct, sir. It's a chatbot. I will try to post the chat transcript here. Do not let these crooks take your money!!

Me: reinstall windows? I just did a new clean install today for this situation.
Them: Whether it is activated for the first time or successfully after reinstalling the system (or software upgrade), if the system is reinstalled after activation, we can only use the card once, and the card will be invalid after reinstalling the system or software upgrade
Me: I never used this product key more than once. Only one time (the first time) and I receive this error message. this means the product key doesn't work.
Me: are you still there? the product key you sold me does not work

i tried to buy a windows 10 pro key but when i did it said that my card was not supported. when i contacted help they said that there was a new one called wonders 10 pro key. Of course i didn't buy it it looks sketchy as hell. so i dont know what to do. Help?

I got the Windows 10 Pro + Office 2016 bundle. The Office key wasn't accepted after I had to reinstall Windows. When I contacted customer support, they told me that their Office can only be activated once, making it useless now. They initially pointed me to several Microsoft links. After doing everything they could, Microsoft eventually told me the key was invalid and that they couldn't help me any further. When I spoke to URcdKeys, their solution was to offer me a 20% discount so I can buy another Office 2016 key. While the amount may be small, especially when compared to getting it straight from Microsoft, I wouldn't have bought this bundle had I known the trouble I was getting into. At this point, all I want is a full refund for the entire bundle for all the trouble I had to go through just to try and get it to work.

When I went to activate it it failed I have sent emails to service but no one answers
I would like to resolve this issue. As I paid $53 dollars
I do have may credit card route I can take.
I’m hopeful they will reach out to me.

After listing this post urcdkey contacted me, I’m now satisfied with the out come but I have update their rating to average because I did get what I paid for.
They ask me to delete this review so that is a negative
But again they did provide a valid key for now I will see if it stays valid for a year.

the product key didnt work but they helped get another one

I was about to purchase this windows 10 pro and was exited, but as soon as I was about to choose payment option it said that the payment option is not available in your region. How can I buy this now. Please let me know ASAP 😢

I was ripped off I bought the home key I meant to buy the pro Key and try to get a refund for like three weeks I tried emailing them and everything I would just refund it And get the other one but they won’t write me back

Just bought my windows 10 pro oem key it takes like 10 minutes to process and then eventually they send you the key, first attempt and worked perfectly! thanks!

I bought a key on this site and it worked correctly. After a while I have purchased a new one but it does not work. When entering it, it appears that it is not valid. I have tried to contact technical support but received no response. My final assessment will depend on URCDKeys response.
