It just took me about half an hour in total to activate Windows 10 Pro and download and install Office 2019 Professional Plus for an incredible $71 AUD. I'd be looking at $800-900 AUD from a regular retailer. Codes were available within minutes of payment. Would absolutely recommend, I have no idea why there would be any negative reviews outside of them being blamed for people's computer illiteracy, follow their instructions and it's a piece of cake.

bought a windows 10 pro key that didnt work, then contacted them and after 2 keys it finally worked, now i'm just scared that it stops working after a month. do not recommend this place

Very BAD services!! Windows pro keys got blocked after a couples month of use and they won't replace it! Try to contact the support and they never answer my request! I don not recommand! Do not buy from them! Its scam !!

I have purchased some keys that have worked but if you get a key that doesn't don't expect a reply anytime soon.

If you are just buying a Windows key it might be worth a punt but for anything more expensive I would avoid. I've just purchased Office and they just won't reply. Just thrown my money down the drain.

UPDATE. After almost 24 hours I did finally get a response on their chat system and my issue has been resolved.

They need to be quicker than this though.

So to date all keys I have bought have worked.

I purchased 13 keys for Windows 10 Pro. I tried using them and they failed to activate. Windows said the key was invalid. I reached out to support and they brushed it off saying they were good keys. I gave up after 3 keys failed. They provided 1 free key which did work. I came back to try again and finish setting up, but gave up after trying 6 more keys (and all failed). At this point I had tried 9 and hadn't touched 4. I reached out to support again for a refund and they said they knew the keys were going to go bad b/c you have a 2 month window to activate them. Except they didn't work from the beginning! Support simply said the refund was denied b/c I had activated the keys. Now when I try to get on chat support they ignore me. Some time passed and I thought maybe Microsoft Office 2019 would be different, but I didn't even get a key delivered. I requested a refund and they said I needed to wait 3 days for them to re-sell the key to someone else to verify I hadn't used it... I reached out asking for a refund and they stopped responding in support chat.
Edit: I tried talking with them for several months. I finally decided to post this review originally as a 1 star. 10 minutes after my review I got a partial refund notice in my e-mail.

Bought a Windows 10 Pro key, and it had already been activated. Tried to contact them via email for a refund/replacement, but Google Mail says "Address not found". Tried using their online live chat, but got ignored over 4 times with no one answering the live chat. Avoid website at all costs, complete waste of money and a fraud.

About a year ago I bought a Visio 2019 and Project 2019 from URCDdkey. Recently I've reinstalled Windows and after installing Visio and Project I got ''The product key is not valid".

I wrote to the support of URCDdkey and got brilliant answer: "So sorry , the order history is more than one year, guarantee date has passed"

When I showed them the product description "Visio Professional 2019 is a digital product – no box included.This
product is a Global Key.It's Permanent and Authorized!" and that's there a word "permanent" in the mix - they ignored me.

Please, be beware of that con artists.

I ORDERED A WINDOWS 10 PRO FOR 2 PC'S. I HAVE A CLEAN INSTALL AND GET AN ERROR EVERYTIME I TRY TO ACTIVATE! CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY HAD ME TRY A FEW THINGS. NOGO ON ALL OF THEIR FIXES. FINALLY THEY GAVE ME THIS TO DO:

THIS IS A HACK!!! NOT THE CD KEY I PAID FOR. THEN THE FOOL ON CHAT JUST ABANDONED ME. WOULD NEVER ANSWER! TOTAL BULL S_H_I_T.

I was about to buy Windows 10 Home + Office 19 Key but after going through the recent bad experience of people dropping my idea to do so. Thank you guys for real review about the site.

I bought some Office 2019 licenses in the past and everything went well. The last 2 licenses purchased this month are illegal.
When contacting support they turned off the chat and I was left with no answer or solution. It seems that this site is no longer reliable.

I had to do a fresh install to get rid of the initial version of windows. Make sure you are purchasing the corresponding version. Worked out after some troubleshooting on my part.

bought a win10 pro product key, followed the instructions to install and use it, as it was written on their product page, but the key did not work. When I tried contacting customer support, they were less than helpful, and pretty much annoying and useless. very unprofessional and just a waste of money buying anything on this site as far as I'm concerned.

Purchased win 10 pro key on Jan. 13, 2020. Received within minutes, I upgraded from home to pro and entered the key and was activated. I have not had any problems with it.

Obtained a key to upgrade to Windows 10. That key did not work. Contacted the sites help desk and did as they instructed to in order for the key / windows upgrade to work, however the key still did not work. Also contacted Windows for how to upgrade and did as they instructed with the key still not working. Requested a refund on 16th of March, they stated I would receive my refund in three days, however here, on the 26th of March I still have not received my refund onto my PayPal account. Would recommend avoiding this company since it appears they are selling invalid keys.

Non working serial for product. Chat without response to reffund. I´ve to open an Paypall report .

Even when I've send proofs of non working serials, with screenshots to live chat, they are still asking to send information do live chat again...

PayPal complaint already open.

These service is a scam.

I bought an Office key last year now it's gone. I already wrote, I asked to resolve or resend a key and I did not get any answer.

I purcharsed two windows server 2016 key last year, one has been used at that time. When I want to use the other one. The error message told me it has been blocked.

I checked it with their online support. The reason i got is ridiculous, they told me the key is available in one week and the key could not be used to reinstall.

NO REPONSE after i asked them the solution as they thought it's my fault and what they can do is saying sorry to me. They don't even tried to send me a new available key.

All these warning about expiration date and could only be used for second time are not metioned in the description. So what I can do now is to write down the experience and warn who can see these.
