"we'll ship next week bro" ... "we're doing our best"

After two weeks, I did not receive a tracking number. I emailed and messaged them on instagram. The response I got on Instagram was, verbatim, "we'll ship next week bro." After pressing them on it, they replied, "we're doing our best." No explanation, no action. Very unprofessional, very unreliable, possibly a scam.

Their website says they ship in 1-5 business days, and their email address automatically sends an email response confirming that claim.

This was an item of clothing my son insisted on having for Christmas, so I let him order it. From then on my concerns grew when: 1) I saw USD-denominated items arriving from China; 2) the tracking was all in Mandarin; 3) the (translated) tracking lost track for about 4 weeks. Anyway, my son didn't like the item and wanted to return it. There is no standard returns process on their website; you are to email them to ask for the process but they don't respond to those emails. Then you go to their website and see they have a 7-day returns policy (not clear if that includes the 30+ days to receive the item but I wouldn't be surprised). 7 days would be short even without a pandemic, but I guess China doesn't have a pandemic. And they claim only 0.1% returns, which may be right but that's because you can't return anything to them. Then you do what you probably should have done at the start; check out an unknown e-tailer on TrustPilot. When you do that all becomes clear. So, if you read this review and you still buy from them then yu r a fool.

Criminals! DO NOT USE

Item not as described, no tags, no paperwork. Feel as though the item is fake. Been trying to contact them via Instagram, Twitter and email regarding return but unsuccessful. Did not see all the reviews before ordering otherwise would never of even looked. Can’t believe PayPal still allow them to use there service. Now about £80 down and no item. AVOID!!!

A Bunch of Crooks!!!!!

I placed my order with them on 6/18/20. they played a game with me since then. No shipment, no tracking number no merchandise...
I do not think if they have a functioning Customer Service if there is it must be running by third graders...
I finally managed to get my money back with the help of PayPal.
Please save your time and money and do not shop there...

Don’t purchase anything from them

Don’t purchase anything from them. I ordered way at the beginning of this month. Now it’s the end of the month. Still haven’t got a tracking number which was told to me would be given 1-5 days after my order. I continued to contact them. Over and over and they still haven’t gave me my tracking number. So now I don’t know what’s going on or if I will even get what I ordered.

This company is so badly managed

This company is so badly managed ! And their Instagram rep must be a fuxkin teenager. I had ordered grey drop crotch shorts. I didn’t have a problem with the delivery or anything I got them loved them tried them on took a selfie and I washed and dried them with my other laundry, I even had more urkoolwear shorts in their everything came out fine except the waist band was totally demolished! Due to cheap fabric and lazy sewing! I know this Bc I’m a fashion design graduate from FIDM. I told them the problem. And besides ignoring me they tried to pass the blame on me instead of taking responsibility for their lack of sewing and fabric knowledge. They use very cheap fabrics from my expertise. And I’ve been doing this biz since I was 20 I am now 37. I think I would qualify to say such things. They truly are horrible. I hate to name drop but let’s just say one of my friends and Instagram followers are Paris Hilton. If this doesn’t get resolved you best believe I will have them (my celeb friends and contacts) tell everyone not to order from this establishment. I tried to play nice for a long time giving them many opportunities to fix the problem. All I had asked for was a refund or even to send me another pair of shorts. I could easily fix my problem by seeing it waaaaaau better than whomever they have sewing for them, but why? I paid for these so I wouldn’t have to make my own clothes. I had to rate something so I put 1 but tbh it’s a fuxkin zero!

MY ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I made the mistake of ordering an item from their website. They failed to provide a tracking number as described in their shipping details. I emailed them on two occasions without receiving a response. The item that i paid for failed to arrive but i managed to get a refund because i paid via paypal.

BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Placed an order 9/5. Received tracking that didn’t work on 9/18. Reached out to them multiple times via e-mail and Instagram .

Below is their response:
Sorry, we required the post office to fix the problem ASAP. On the way to you, no worry.

Obviously I have not reviewed my item as of 10/12 nor have a received a refund. And now they are not even responding. I submitted a complaint via better business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Sold me wrong size and cut out the size tag

Sold me some trackpants. Didn’t send me the track and trace, eventually after a month the pants arrived but they sent me the wrong size. They gave me a size L instead of an M and deliberately cut out the size tag. In the hopes I wouldn’t find out.

I ordered some shorts that was on the site and in stock. After 2 weeks of no track and trace number i texted them and they responded that the order i placed was out of stock and maybe i wanted to choose a diffrent pair. I said no and that i wanted a refund. Now they ignore me

I placed an order with them and they stole from me

I placed an order with them and it took it 3 weeks to get to my area. Meanwhile, I’m emailing all of their emails without any response back. Finally it makes it out here but I didn’t put my apartment number on the address so it’s been sent back. I’m still emailing the company trying to get my package or my money back. STILL NO RESPONSE AT ALL! So they basically stole from me in the end. Don’t ever buy from this company!

I bought 1 pant on Black Friday…

I bought 1 pant on Black Friday (23/11/18).
I paid extra money for express delivery(3-7days on their website).
And now we have january and i still havent recieved anything. I texted them and they did nothing and ignore me plus they dont want to charge me my express delivery money back.
Do yourself a favour and dont buy on this damn website.

Don´t waste your money

Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience ever!
I ordered a jacket and cancelled the order before it was sent out, but they sent it anyway.
The quality was super bad and I wanted to return it, but since then they didn’t respond to any of my emails and Instagram messages.
The quality was so bad that I couldn’t even put my arm in the sleeve cause there was no room for an arm...

HORRIBLE

I paid for a hoodie and received no confirmation email. I had to harass them via email, Instagram, AND Facebook before I got a response. Three weeks later and my item STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. This company is an absolute joke. I will never buy anything from them again.
