Trousers arrived and were huge, size not as described. When we asked about returning for a refund or correct size we were advised to send a photo wearing the trousers to prove they were too big. It clearly stated in the return policy that the item must not be worn. Ended up returning via paypal dispute but the item was refused by urkoolwear and returned which took several months voiding our paypal claim. Now nearly £100 out of pocket as had to pay registered return to China on top of purchase price. Bad experience would not recommend.

the worst company i have ever ordered from in my life they first and foremost have a automatic reply service no matter what email you send them you get they same email send back to you ever time i waited a month for my order and even when i said i dont want my order no more they can keep the jacket and refund my money multiple times !!!! they still sent my jacket and then have no replied to my dm since then so i could send the jacket back to get my money i will ensure this company is no longer able to sell people clothes no more cause they are a scam company absolutely disgusting !!!

Absolutely terrible customers service. I ordered on January 8 2018. This time I was lucky and got a order confirmation, but I haven’t received the pants I ordered and they don’t reply back to my emails.

Worst customer support ever. Refusing as an company to help me, while I am having problems with their product. Straight up ignoring everything that isn’t related to something positive.

Customer service is non-existent. My son has tried repeatedly to get an exchange. All emails went unanswered. He finally got a response via Instagram asking him to send a picture...for an EXCHANGE! Really? Since that, nothing. Do NOT give this company your money.

Awful quality, and when you complain you will meet a wall of silence. Avoid. The stuff falls apart.

I had an awful experience with this Company. The clothes look nice, but the manufacture is shoddy, cheap and falls apart quickly. My track pants lasted 2 weeks. Customer services failed to respond. Avoid this 'brand'.

Ordered pants and they sent the wrong items. They are not responding to any e-mails. So far the worst experience I've ever had with an ecommerce retailer, I would not purchase anything from them.

bought pants from them and wanted them to send back they started to ignoring my emails.
