Laura responded quickly and effectively to my request, making things very easy for me - I'm grateful for the resolution that was offered with a minimal amount of time and effort on my part.

From start to finish the customer service and the insoles are outstanding. I had an issue with pain in 1 toe after wearing them for a month Bilt labs suggested a change sent that one back. Unfortunately the change was worse so they changed it back. At that time they also recommended I change to the active instead of the every day version. All at zero additional cost.
They truly mean they want your feet to be comfortable.

Have bought orthotics for years, online and from podiatrists.... The ones I bought from Bilt Labs are among the best I've ever used...

Mary was extremely helpful and quick in replying to my email about an order change. This is my first time ordering custom Orthotics, so I made a mistake in my order that was quickly fixed. I look forward to any future communications that might happen with how quick and nice their customer service is.

I was having heal pain when playing pickleball or walking long distances. I wear Asics top of the line sneakers so it was not due to a cheap sneaker. I received my custom orthotics, they fit perfectly and have completely eliminated my heal pain. I cannot recommend enough. Customer service has been prompt and efficient.

They showed up under our FSA eligible vendors and we had some money to spend. We ordered 3 kits for 3 different people in December. Only 1 kit was shipped. We were in the middle of a move, so it was lost in the shuffle. When I found it in March, I contacted the company to see where the other 2 were. They explained that they will not ship 3 separate kits unless they are each under their own transaction, even though they offer a significant discount for ordering 3 kits. I am now out $500.00 because last year's FSA deadline has passed.

BILT has exceptional people helping customers. However,today's encounter with Mary M-- was extra awesome. Early this AM, I emailed BILT since i'd done nothing to make the mold of my feet, even though I'd received the kit for doing this 7 months ago -- Mary told me NOT to worry; my order was/is still active; I could move forward now. And while I thought I could use the old untouched kit, she offered to send me a fresh one-- no cost. Also, Mary spent a lot of time answering my general questions/concerns. BILT thank you for being wise in choosing employees-- & thank you for offering the service you do. BTW: I vote for Mary getting a raise.

The customer care and response were exceptional. They immediately communicated professionally in a helpful caring manner to make sure the Orthotics fit me properly. I have a better fit than my much more expensive pair from my podiatrist.

I was a bit anxious spending so much money on orthotics from someone other than my podiatrist. Drug store orthotics have been a total waste for me and my foot issues are both legion and unique. But I gave Bilt a try and am now ordering more pairs for more shoes.

I have high arches and very painful PF. My store bought attempt failed in a big way. I found bilt labs via google and went for it. Now I'm buying 3 more pair. I worked the back acreage yesterday and was very happy with the return to being a functional person and not thinking about sitting down to take the pain away... I don't want to say like normal!! my relatives might find this reivew ya know!

I have ordered my custom orthotics from Bilt thru my employer and I can honestly say the pain I was in has subsided drastically! I contacted Bilt to see if they offer gift certificates and Mary M. was so kind to assist. I am looking to get my children gift certificates for their custom orthotics. My daughter has flat feet and stands on her feet all day. My son does have an arch but would like him to NOT develop the issues us girls have been cursed with LOL. If you have a FSA ordering these custom orthotics will be one of the best investments you'll make. The process is super easy and the turn around time was around 2 weeks or so to get them back.

The process was straight forward and didn't take much time. The insoles were delivered in a short amount of time and are great quality.

I have worn orthotic inserts for many years, but this was the first time I wore any from Bilt Labs. These are so comfortable and durable! Thank you for helping me to feel my best.

Customer service saw that I made two ordering errors and they reached out to me and made it right! It would have worked on in their favor, but their integrity and customer service won the day! And this customer for life!
