OMG!!! The best customer service-Laura B., ever! I recently purchased a orthotic from Bilt-Labs, however the left foot ortho came apart within weeks of use. I sent an email to their CS and within "minutes" they responded with and apology and solution. I love my Bilt_Labs Orthos and will be a life time customer, honestly because they know how to treat a value customer.

Biltlab is a highly professional group of doctors who will care for your feet and alignment and deal with motion mechanics. The entire experience is seamless and works well.

These are simply remarkable. My callouses have all but disappeared after wearing these for a month. I bought 2 with my HSA, and then 3 others with my 'own' money. I understand why you have to wait weeks to get them, they really put the science in these; they work.

I have very "unique" feet and getting a custom insole to fit right is not easy. Laura M. has been extremely communicative and has owned the process to have my insoles adjusted to ensure maximum comfort. Highly recommended.

On my second try, Bilt Labs got me to send photos and measurements from old orthotics made by another provider and went many rounds of discussion with me to understand my needs. The first time around with Bilt Labs I was not satisfied, and they offered a refund but I opted instead to keep those orthotics and just glue them into a pair of sandals that would not be heavily walked in. A year later I tried again and they got it right. Correspondence with Laura was prompt and effective.

Achilles & Post Tib relief
Bilt labs produced a great insole for a very affordable price. After trying out 1 pair I got an extra 4 pairs so I don't have to move between shoes. At the same time I had a custom made cork insole fitted locally. After trying both I slightly prefer the Bilt Labs, plus they are way more convinient and 1/4 the cost per insole. The insoles reduced my achilles and post tib pain by ~30%.

I am VERY impressed with the customer service provided by this company. I had an issue that was resolved so quickly and politely, I really felt like they want my orthotics to really work for me, not like they just want my money! Will definitely use again!

I purchased 3pairs of these inserts about a year ago. They did provide relief from my plantar fasciitis after a fairly short while. I’ve also been doing achiles tendon stretches and the pain I had hasn’t come back, so good results!

Have not been disappointed by Built Labs. Custom orthotics that work and have made my feet stop hurting. Can't ask for anything more than that! Great company with a great product. Get yours today, don't wait. Completely worth it!!

I like fact that they ask about specific areas of your feet you have pain or discomfort in and they are custom made for your feet. I recently ordered 3 more pairs… and someone called to check to make sure it was a reorder and not for a new patient, I thought that was great, and they were very friendly.

Unfortunately, in this day and age a rare occurrence. I was very hopeful that the orthotics would aid in my knee replacement recovery. They were not helpful, in fact they caused pain.

I braced myself for a "difficult discussion" to be able to return them and receive my refund, as is the common experience these days......

I am delighted to say my experience was completely the opposite. Laura could not have been kinder or more understanding. I was offered an opportunity to see if they could adjust them. I really appreciated that, but chose to return them instead.

There was NO pushback and the kindness and ease of process continued.

WHAT A DELIGHT! Although the orthotics didn't work for me at this time, I will be happy to recommend Bilt Labs.

I have wore orthotics in shoes for years, paying a lot of money when I found this company to make them a lot cheaper by cutting out middle man , and dealing with great people to get fitted correctly . Thanks
