This is a great product! Super simple to use and it fits into my life with ease. I'm looking forward to using the mask several more times, but am already seeing subtle results after using it twice. My only complaint is that shipping took quite awhile and I was antsy to receive it and get started!

UPDATE: They just stopped responding to me because I proof them I was right and after promising me a refund and then, after saying no refund was going to be given to me, they said they were going to send the missing masks from my orders. Few days later they say they would not send me the missing masks. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL ROBBED YOU!

This company is a total scam! I ordered two orders and in both orders there were missing masks, plus I was missing a $20 gift card that came in my order.

I requested help from customer service, the representative who helped me was “Gloria”. After a WHOLE month proving them that I didn’t get the $20 gift card and I was missing 5 masks total from my two orders, they told they processed my refund.
My refund never showed up so I told them so, their answer was that they never processed my refund even though they said they did.

This company is a total scam please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Their mask don’t work and they stink. They don’t answer you back for days. The person who helped me “Gloria” said one thing and then contradicted herself.

I have all the proofs about how they scammed me. First she tried to show me “her proofs” saying I ordered less masks than I did, that my order didn’t include a $20 gift card and a booklet.

I sent her my orders and showed her that my ordered included a total of 11 masks+booklet+$20 gift card.

She told me to wait until their team reviewed my proofs, after many emails she got back to me saying that the booklet was an online link (which she sent), the gift card was a discount code (which after several emails she never provided) and that my refund for the 5 missing masks was approved.

After not seeing my refund I got back to her after like 10 emails she answered me that my refund hasn’t been approved and that my order didn’t include a $20 gift card which it did (I showed her the proof and accepted that my order included one in a previous email).

This is a SCAM DON T BUY FROM THEM, if you have any issue the customer service just beat around the bush and stalling for time until you get tired and upset of their non responsiveness and lack of good business practice.

I have only used these 4 times and I think I can notice a slight difference and my skin always feels so soft after using, will continue using :)

Great communication from this company. Prompt delivery. So excited to use the product for the first time. Package now resealed and in the fridge waiting for its second use!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Firstly, the delivery took almost three weeks, which was much longer than expected and not clearly communicated during the ordering process. This was already frustrating, especially when you are waiting for a product you’re looking forward to using. Secondly, the website stated to follow the care instructions, but there were no care instructions in the package when my masks arrived. This left me unsure how to properly use or maintain the product, which is not acceptable for something applied to the face. So far, I also haven’t noticed any visible results from using the mask, which adds to the overall disappointment. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to slow delivery, missing information, and lack of noticeable effectiveness.

Product seems to be working after my 3rd day of using it

All good so far. Funny at first as I didn’t realise the mask was attached to the paper, I thought my face can’t be that big, it doesn’t fit! Then on further inspection all came clear. Too soon to see results yet, but it was certainly very relaxing. A few more sessions and hopefully it will take years off me!

Ear loops are so small, it's very painful to use! I have very small ears and a narrow face
Says can use each mask 10 times, in reality, is almost completely dry after 2nd use.
Am in the process of navigating a refund .....
On their website FAQ's they say:

YES, all returns are free.
If you are not satisfied and wish to return the product within 30 days following your delivery (not your order), you can simply send us an email and we will issue a refund.

The truth is, that they do not reply to emails. There is, apparently, no way to get a refund.

The masks came well packaged& can reseal well to use again...loved the feel of the mask as soon as u put it on...a lovely cooling feeling....&, uplifting experience....would definitely buy again... can feel a tightness after one use...early days yet..

I like the application of this mask. It's an innovative idea. Easy to use and I think it could potentially work over time to give one a more taut appearance. I only used it once, so it's too soon to say

Lovely smell and sofy skin after

I love the masks. I did send a question about storing them but havent received an answer yet. Do i throw away the plastic its on when it comes here?

Customer service was great experience for me, although I didn't one. Shipping was a little slow but expected it anyway. As for the product I was sceptical at first due to some of my past experienced with other company. I am glad I decided to have go at trying it out because it turned out to be a great product, I have started using it and see the after 10 days, my chin is now slimmer so yes is a brilliant product as advertised on FB.

I have just started using it..can see a difference already. Great comunication from the company on when it will arrive.

Although it took a long time to come- I was regularly updated on cause of delays and when it was dispatched. This is my third order and never had issues with delivery time prior to this. I will continue to order….because they work and friends and family actually notice the difference and compliment me on my “weight loss” because the fat round my chin/neck visibly reduces. Love this product so much

Explanation of how many times mask can be used before disposal would be beneficial

Really disappointed with the service
They state 30 refund guarantee- well yes but only on a partial refund - 40% - they also request reviews but despite them sending the link you have to prove you have done it - so here it is
I suspect masks are ok but the terms and conditions are very opaque and not sure in British law they would pass the sniff test
They are now saying that unless the review is positive you are not eligible - however I have checked their email they sent requesting a review and states ‘an honest review’ come trust pilot - this needs investigation

Product never arrived. Just countless emails apologising for delays and trying to sell me other ‘deals’. Don’t risk it. Waste of money.
